ouch .plugs are.my go to every time now but only need a little moisture to have seeds popping in 2-3 days. too wet and the tap root gets rotted very fast as you have seen. After decades of growing and killing so many seeds over that time with most other methods , plugs are 100% starters for my seeds now. Key is definitely the moisture amd only damp not moisture. hope your next batch spring into life but watch the small micro roots don't embedd in the tissue or they can get damaged when transplanting. Hi growmie. looking healthy enough but that 13°c will be slowing them down and also will.effect the production of the oils ect. a small heater to get them to at least 19°c ( bare minimum) in order to get some decent potency and ripe flowering. Good luck.
