This week I started with some defoliation and giving them some nutriens. They recovered super fast from the defoliation. But I run into some problems. I fucked up the ph and gave them water with 5.8. I also spotted some nitrogen toxicity which actually really suprised me, because I only gave them half the recommended dosage. Anyway it’s bad timing, because they start to flower now. So the next two times it’s only water with 6.5 ph and no feeding and hopefully I can give them some flower nutes then. 💚

Should I do LST when my horizontal space is limited? I have 3 Autos in a 60x60x180cm tent and I‘m a bit concerned that this will a bit too small if they grow out. So would LST contribute more to the horizontal space problem?

Absolutely. Especially if growing sativas or high stretching strains. Lst and even hst may be your only option. Other then topping or super croping. I'm scared to do that so I just use lst. Lst is your best option to not stunt growth. Although more measures may have to be taken if running out of room. Just use green garden wire that has protective coating on it. Tie around the top stem below the top node. Allow room in the loop so the stem can grow amd thicken. Then gently bend over and tie it off. Each day you may need readjusted. Bit yeah if you have limited height lst would be your best bet. Like I said it may get severe enough you will need to do HST. Just watch, and read up ok the strain your growing to see how high it normally grows and how much it stretches. Good luck growmie Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest I would really appreciate your support growmie 🙏 😃

Can I feed Bloom with nitrogen toxicity. So my plants have a nitrogen toxicity. I actually thought it’s hard to burn your plants with Bio nutes. I even gave them only half of the recommended dosage. I fucked um the ph once at 5.8. Can I give them Bloom bc they hit flower now.

Your ladies just hit flower, it's recommended to continue veg nutes for 1-2 weeks after first signs of flowering.. this will get the most of out the plant, although it will add on time to the grow. I personally would do a water only at the correct PH and get them back happy. Some people even do a flush between veg and bloom so this is a option if you don't wish to continue veg nutes as I recommended. But personally.. i would do a water only, get them back happy and lower the ppms so no toxicity. Then continue veg at a slightly lower dose so they won't burn anymore. After a week or two when the vertical growth has totally stopped, then switch to bloom. This method will get you the largest plants possible and the biggest yield. If you have no more vertical room, and if your needing a harvest asap then my method wouldn't be ideal. Switching to bloom would be your best bet, this will keep the plant smaller and a faster harvest. Goodluck growmie 🙏
