Here we go again!
Watered the substrate with approx 20ml water. Popped seed straight into coco just over 1cm deep. Sprayed into a plastic cup and placed over plant area to increase humidity.
Update: Day 5, seedling emerged.
Week 3. Got a new humidifier the other day and I hadn't noticed for 3-4 hours that it had malfunctioned and was spraying on full (99% RH) for the period. Tent was like a sauna! Hopefully not had much of an effect on the growth.
Day 45.
Looks like we're heading into pre-flower. Started to introduce a little flower nutes (half dose)
Still short, but stocky.
Thanks for stopping by. Your interest is appreciated.
Day 51, entering 3rd week of flower.
Tight and stocky at the moment. Had to do a little LST despite being in flower just to try and spread the branches at little before she stretches those cola sites.
Thanks for stopping by and showing an interest. It really is appreciated. 🙏

Day 43, Day 15 of flower.
Coming along nicely. Really starting to gain height, yet really compact in its bushiness.
Starting to get thirsty now too. Upped feed from 500ml to 600ml. She'll be ready to fed again in 2 days.
I've defoliated some of the bottom fan leaves as they were sitting in the watered coco.

Day 64, Day 22 of flower.
Decided to enter this grow in the Tent-X competition. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/TrolMaster-Tent-X-Ultimate-Grow-Challenge
She has 5-6 weeks or so to go, hopefully long enough to to meet the requirements of 4 weeks of posts.
Hopefully I'll be one of the lucky 500 entrants.
She's coming along nicely. Really starting to gain height, Still compact but now tall enough to use a couple of LST clamps to try and spread the bud sites a little.
Current feed schedule is 900ml every 2 days.
No visible stress from defoliating some of the bottom fan leaves last week as they were sitting in the watered coco.

Day 71, Day 29 of flower.
Decided to enter this grow in the Tent-X competition. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/TrolMaster-Tent-X-Ultimate-Grow-Challenge
Update: Controller on the way. Should be arriving tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Nothing much to report this week other than the steady cola production. The LST clips have helped in spreading the cola sites to maximize the light
Current feed schedule is 600ml every 2 days.

Day 78, Day 36 of flower.

Update: Controller on the way. Should be arriving tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Update: Controller arrived on Tuesday, today being Sunday. I gotta say I'm a little disappointed. The only working bits for me are the RH and temp sensors. Unfortunately my light doesn't seem to be compatible and therefore cannot try that function which was the bit I was most interested in.. In addition, the mobile app can only be used if the the controller unit is connected to the interwebz via an ethernet cable that I'm unable to do. I would have thought in this day and age that the controller unit was fitted with wifi or at least bluetooth. On a positive note, the temp and RH sensors seem very accurate. Although slightly negative on the product, I am grateful of the chance to try it to see what all the fuss is about.
I previously reported that I added LST clips to help in spreading the cola sites to maximize the light across the canopy. The clips have done their job in training the branches slightly outward but I have the branches have thickened and were becoming very tight within the clips. Although expecting little further expansion in width of the branches I don't want to stress the plant by restricting it. Whilst the clips have their time and place, methinks next time I'll be drilling a few holes around the lips of my new 10l pots and use pipe cleaners to train the plant. I have previously made a triangular frame from from bamboo and used garden twine to gently pull the branches to the frame.
Approx 3 weeks left to harvest.
Current feed schedule remains 600ml every 2 days.

Day 85, Day 43 of flower.
Decided to enter this grow in the Tent-X competition. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/TrolMaster-Tent-X-Ultimate-Grow-Challenge
As I mentioned last week I'm a little disappointed that I can't link my lights to the controller or use the app on my phone, I do like the fact I can dangle the RH/Heat sensor at canopy height for accurate readings.
Checked trichomes today and they are starting to cloud now. A good sign.... we're heading toward harvest. Next stop..ambers!
Current feed schedule remains 600ml every 2 days.

Day 92, Day 50 of flower.
Decided to enter this grow in the Tent-X competition. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/TrolMaster-Tent-X-Ultimate-Grow-Challenge
Had a 12 hour power cut this week. Had to move my girls to sit by the window in an attempt to get some light on them despite it being a cloudy day. The ambient RH in there was 70% but what could I do other than pray power would be restored quickly? Doesn't seem to have harmed her at all though 🙏.
Trichomes are really clouding now. but still no signs of ambers yet.
Current feed schedule remains 500ml every day. Girl got hungry all of a sudden. May well start to flush this week .

Day 99, Day 57 of flower.
Decided to enter this grow in the Tent-X competition. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/TrolMaster-Tent-X-Ultimate-Grow-Challenge.
As this is the 4th weekly post using the equipment (as required by the competition rules), I'll take this chance to summarize my use of it. As previously stated, unfortunately I couldn't get to use it to it's full potential and as such my initial reaction was somewhat negative. This, however is not the company's fault. My setup simply requires an upgrade to be able to get more from it, eg, my LED lights are getting on in years and the updated model has the required cable interface to control the lights.
Let me get the negatives out of the way... No wireless or bluetooth to enable the use of the app. It has to be connected to your router via ethernet cable. In 2024 really? This is just not practical for my setup. Having a look at the company's supplementary equipment designed to be used with the Tent-X controller, it seems very pricey to me. Way so for my pocket.
On the flip-side I can perfectly understand that those with larger operations could benefit from the automating system. I do like the fact I don't have to open the tent to check temp/RH levels. The info is there, together on the controller screen. Don't know what's going on with my last batch of hygrometers but I've had 2 fail over the period of using the controller. I do have a trusted one that I use to compare with the controller output. Hygrometers can be temperamental but I have complete faith in the readings provided by the controller, as validated by my good hygrometer readings. I do like the dangling RH/Temp sensor so that it sits in the canopy for accurate readings.
In summary, my initial reaction was harsh and had I compatible equipment would have benefited more from it. It's not something I'd given much thought to previously so I'm grateful to TrolMaster for giving the chance to try their equipment and for reminding me to think at the possibilities when considering the updating of my kit, such as lights.
Trichomes are cloudy now. but still no signs of ambers yet, although my eyes think they see the starts of it in places with the digital microscope. Until I can give visual confirmation, I think its some wishful thinking.
Moved last week to PHd water flush @ 500ml every day. Going forward this should encourage the push for ambers.
More next time!
As always, thanks for stopping by and showing an interest. It really is appreciated. 🙏

Day 111, Day 69 of flower.
30% ambers works for me. Time to harvest!!!
Didn't update last Sunday as I thought she'd reach the amber count and be harvesting on Mon/Tue, but here we are on Friday, nearly 2 weeks after last update.
An easy plant to grow. Its compact, tight structure didn't allow much in the way of training.
Once again, a big thank you to TrolMaster for sponsoring the grow with their Tent-X controller equipment.
That's the end of the journey for this one. I'll update the strain review and weight once dry. UPDATE: results are in. Dry weight of 60g!
As always, thanks for stopping by and showing an interest. It really is appreciated. 🙏
