My first time growing and found this site late, so won't be a full grow log but so far satisfied with results.
On Day 85 of the grow and Week 7 of flowering. Guessing I have 3-4 weeks of grow time left?
Plant on the left is being flushed this week and harvested over the weekend. Seems like a good percentage of amber when looking under magnification.
Plant on the right seems to have at least a few more weeks but mostly uneventful week.
Still trying to decide on wet trim or dry trim. Time and space aren't an issue, just do not want hay smell.
Harvested the 1st plant over the weekend, will be a smaller yield but the other looks to be making up for it.
While I need to improve my LST and limit my popcorns (first plants so scared of doing too much to hurt them) the buds that are on that one are dense, with bright hairs and a very loud citrus scent that lingers in the air much like fuel.
The larger plant is flopping everywhere. A lot of has to do with not using additional nutrients such as b52 to strengthen stems or voodoo for enhanced roots.
The 3 main Colas are around 5-6 inches in length and golf ball buds everywhere.
Opening the grow tent pushes you back a step from the smell. Though the dog seems to like it.
Fun week. There's so many things I know I've done wrong but I'm still seeing results and learning for next grows. 🌱
Made some adjustments to my tent. Changed the crappy intake fan set up I was using to adding a Vivosun Smart Controller with an additional 4 inch fan. Finally seem to won my war against humidity.
I think some light leakage may have caused the colas to go into reveg 😳 I had some dramatic and noticeable large growth in the colas, lower buds are starting to change to more colorings but colas are acting like they are in week 2 not week 10.
Will have to post a question to hopefully get some more eyes on them and see what people with experience think 🌱💚
For a first grow cycle the plants were pretty forgiving. One of the Skywalkers only produced 70 grams, while the other had 202 grams.
There's not much of an in-between when smoking. Smoke just one hit too much and the couch lock will get you.
Smell is all fuel with a hint of citrus. Very loud when out of the jars.
@Lemonhazelover, Thank You! It became legal to grow here Aug 1, my will power made until the 16th before Amazon packages started showing up. Been a fun journey and the plants have been forgiving of my horrible learning curve.
