Day 34 - 09/01/24
I came back to find that the plants are still alive after 12 days of neglect!
Plant 1
before I left, i decided to top Plant 1 as she looked like she was dying anyway. Today I came back and she's grown 2 strong looking heads!
I decided to trim and lollipop the little plant, and I topped her again.
Plant 2
she looked over grown and bushy with big big fan leaves when I arrived! I gave her a good watering, just with water, and a good trimming too!
She's a little stiff to bend now so LST will be a no go, at least on the main stem. side branches are still very workable. as soon as she picks up again, ill start the pulling!
Plant 3
she's alright, not as big and as stiff as P2 so she's the perfect candidate for some good ol' LST.
All of them are still very sad looking, im hoping to see a good bounce back within the next few though!
@Lemonhazelover, thanks bud! im looking forward to this run! im on a time schedule so i decided on these beans, hoping they mature quicker than my last batch of autos! 💪🏽
I see your using drips and bags. I would like to use that in my grow as well. Any tips on amounts during the different stages and do you give them a dry out cycle? I know you left them for 12 days at 10ml/h and came to find them what looks like to me a bit over watered. But alive which is so cool.
@Kronen, I left the drip at 10ml/hr specifically because of how young the plants were when I did it. If they were week 5/6, I would have probably gone for 25-30ml/hr. It's all size dependent really!
next time though, I would use 2 bags simultaneously, on either side of the main stem. I found that 1 bag left the whole medium too dry after 12 days, but it did serve its purpose and kept all 3 of the plants alive!
I wouldn't recommend using this with nutrient water though, I tried that with one plant and dripper was full of crystallised minerals.
Appears they all recovered from those earlier issues. I 💬 recovery plants produce the best results when they finally make it to the end. They.buikd up an immune system and cannabinoids are part of that
