Lights at 25%. Plants didn't get enough light and stretched too much. I lowered the lamp to 60cm and increased intensity to 50%. Plants seem to like it. Next time I will sart them at 50%/60cm.
Day 16 - transplantad to final pots(12 l)
While transplanting I noticed signs of chlorosis on leaves and brown spots on the edges. Also red stems. Looks like calmag deficiency.
Watered them with nutrients ( sensi grow A/B, B-52, Voodooo Juice) and Calmag Extra.
Gradually increasing intensity of the lights - 60%/60cm.
Topped all plants above fifth node on day 20.
Plants seem to recover from deficiency. Started LST.
Lights at 65%/60 cm.
Mimosa Orange Punch is much shorter and bushy. Maybe runt.
All other plants look health.y
Day 35
6 plants topped, 4 trained and defoliated.
Tropicana Banana has pale leaves. Probably ph problem or iron/nitrogen defficiency.
Lights at 65%/60cm.
Nutrients at half recommended dose.
Week 6 - transition
Lights 75%/60cm
Defoliation day before flipping to flower.
Gelatos, Purple Punch and Critical Kush look ok.
Mimosa x Orange Punch remains small.
Tropicana Banana still with pale leaves. Flushed her and applied calmag foliar spray.
Day 40 - first day 12/12
10 days of flowering.
Light at 100%/50cm
Watered Tropicana with Revive from Advanced Nutrients.
Plants don't stretch much.
Removing some big fan leaves that shadow lower bud sites.
I spotted some burnt tips, so next watering will be without nutrients.
End of week 8, day 17 of 12/12. Plants start showing preflowers.
Tropicana bounced back and grows well.
Feeding with nutriennts every other watering.
Light at 40 cm/100%.
Third week of flowering - defoliation time.
I raised two pots to even the canopy.
Feedeing every other waqtering.
Critical Kush looks great - so many buds.
Tropicana grows tall.
4th week of flowering. I lowered the lamp at 30 cm above the canopy and plants didn't like it. After few days raised back to 40 cm.
Upper leaves of Purple Punch look bleached.
Reducing nutrients to 1.5 ml/l.
Very healty looking. I'd suggest getting some fans under, push the against the wall to draw that 50% humidity air circulation into and under the canopy. Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Get ahead of any mold issues by preventing microclimate inside.
@Sirdukevonwalter,
Thank you for your advice. I put small inline fan on the floor and it moves air under the canopy. And I thank you for answering my grow question. Awesome explanation - simple, easy to understand and with useful insights and tips. This is what I was hoping for. Thanks to you I gained more confidence, because most of the time I feel like I don;t know what I'm doing, and you helped me undrstand what's going on with my plants. You were absolutely right - I fell for 2 feet colas ;), and you were right about growing different strains in one tent, because Tropicanna was closer to the light than Kush and doesn't seem affected (yet). Once again thank you for your help. I really appreciate your time and effort. Happy growing.
@Oakash777,
Yes. PH is OK, but runoff EC is different every time, and I don't know if they are hungry or overfed. Next time I'll grow organic, possibly Natures Living Soil.
