So i used cfls in the beginning to get my plants big enough for the outdoor season and as seedlings i started with 1 60 watt daylight bulb, and slowly i increased it based on the size of the plant until i had 3 100 watt bulbs (daylight). I found my plants were stretching a lot. However with a good box setup, reflective mylar etc, i know you can get reasonable results with like 4+ 100 watt bulbs otherwise have many lower watt bulbs scattered at various heights. However you can make as few shadow pockets do. Possibly begin the grow with lights above and as the plant grows have some low down and the light above. Growing gets expensive, so just go off what your plant tells you, if stretching, add more bulbs. I dont see why the 153 shouldnt be ok for now. Ive seen good results with both the store bought led/cfl bulbs so i can only say experiment.
