The same as the GH Cheese:
All seeds sprouted nice and the first week of veg can start.
Keeping it simple I watered once with RootJuice and only adding clean water when necessary.
The Soil mix is pre-fertilized so I won’t be adding any nutrient for the first 3-4 weeks.
After a week of growth the leaves are getting large enough for me to change their pots.
I went with 19L / 5 Gallon Textile Pots.
The medium is a mix of my old soil used in Organic runs 30% and 70% fresh new GrowMix from PLAGRON
I added about 300ml of plain water to every pot, letting the roots grow out a bit further. (1 day rest) before I feed it with 2ml/L of BioBizz Root Juice
Week 3:
I went topped all plants and went with some easy LST for start.
For the week the nutrients stay at 2ml/L or TerraGrow every other watering period.
I'll add more photos throughout the week if I see any progress worth mentioning.
Last week of veg plants look ready under the scrog for transitioning to the flower stage.
With the healthy look I went low with nutrs.
During the week both plants received twice 2L Water + 2ml TerraGrow.
I don’t add nutrs every watering phase and like to give plain water in between watering periods.
For prevention before transitioning I added 0,5ml/L of Calmag.
First week of Flowering change the light schedule and first signs of pre flower are showing.
This week I add 1ml/L of Terra Bloom and Sugar Royal. 2L Water per plant every 2 days.
I went and removed a bunch of large fan leaves refucing the shadow areas below.
Exodus Cheese seem to grow wider and taller than his neighbours GH Cheese…. and the quest for cheese continues.
Second week of bloom:
steady growth is visible on both. I incresed the bloom nutrient ratio to 3ml/L Water.
Atm I have to water them everyday with 1L Water, I have the feeling that my dehumidifier is pulling more moisture from the soil that I would have liked.
2nd picture shows that both Exodus have different shades of green although both follow the same schedule and feed plan. I switched positions in the tent, maybe it’s due to the air circulation.
As always I‘ll add more pictures throughout the week.
Now back to Final Fantasy VII Rebirth 😘
Update 05/03:
Took a couple of pictures plants are gaining in height, I added 0.5ml Calmag to the Water once this week. No sign of Cal or Mg deficiency but I added it to prevent during this major height growth phase.
Following the same nutrient plan as the previous week. Nothing out of the expected worth mentioning.
Exodus is growing wide and high using the whole surface.
13 March Update:
I have been watering everyday the plants were requiring it. Every 2nd day I gave them 1 Liter Water +( Terra Bloom 3ml/L , Sugar Royal 1ml/L), between the feeding days I provided 0,5L of clean water.
Nice flowers are popping up everywhere so it’s time to add Green Sensation to the feeding plan. I plan on using 1ml/L every other day.
All buds and leaves are covered in trichomes, a strong smell is developing in the tent. Both Exodus Cheese plants are looking promising… Just a couple more weeks to go.
As always I,ll add more pictures/videos midweek.
Update 28/03
The plant suck up liquid faster no sign of staggering. So I’ve been feeding daily 1L per plant.
For 1L Water:
3ml PLAGRON Terra Bloom
1ml PLAGRON Sugar Royal
1ml PLAGRON Green Sensation
Exodus Cheese is almost ready
The air fills with a wonderful smell with every movement of the plant.
I kept the feeding plan the same 3mlBloom + 1ml Sugar and 1ml Green sensation.
I’ll keep an eye on the trichomes color and prostart flushing midweek
Flushing plants with tap water only
Buds are getting bigger
Based on the trichomes progress I’ll start adding the perfect finish into the flushing water
Update :
For the last week of flush I add 2ml Flawless finish per L Water
New video for your enjoym
I added a week of “flowering” because I don’t like how growdiaries ask details on points that I don’t know the answer at this point when selecting harvest.
So cut down the plants on Sunday, the picture shows after 24h drying in the dark tent. I keep the air humidity at around 50%, I don’t want them to dry too quickly but also not too long. I’ll keep you folks updates with pictures when it dryed enought to move into paper bags.
Exodus Cheese from Green House Cheese is my second strain on my quest for Cheese.
I grew 2 plants in parallel with 2 GH Cheese.
The exodus cheese plants did provide a nice harvest, although the plants have a couple of points to keep an eye on. The branches stay pretty weak and will need support later during the end of the flowering period. In my scenario the flimsy branches barely could hold the weight.
Also as you can see in my diary I got two drastically different phenotypes. They are so different that I’m not even sure if one of the seed had been mixed up.
Quest for Cheese 1st round is over and Exodus Cheese is a great contender. A bit harder to maintain as GH Cheese due mostly to weak branches, so folks don’t skip on supporting the plant mostly during the final flowering weeks.
As you can see throughout the diary both seeds gave me drastically different phenotypes; trusting that Green House Seeds didn’t mix up the seeds during packaging ^^
Taste is nice, you can taste the cheesy pungentness that’s expected from Cheese strains.
I’ll follow up with a proper tadte review later and more important a Tier List, that’s the popular thing to do on the internet …am I right?
🤯Yes you are... This information is extremely useful for me! It's Weird because I'm in the process of Breeding with the same exact seeds! Greenhouse Exodus Cheese And G.H. Cheese i am also on the Cheese Quest. I Would Like to know out of the 2 which one Has more of the Cheese Taste Flavor!?💪💪😎
