Why not start them in their forever home? This way usually stunts and shocks the plant?

I normally do. As explained in previous weeks, I had 2 flowering auto's in the tent when starting 3 seedlings. I'm in an 80x80 tent so 3 seeds directly into 10l pots would have made it cramped in there. Plus using food bags as cloches is easier over solo pots.
