The final week is here, she will be chopped on Day 63.
I am still shocked that this lady matured so damn fast. I was expecting 8 weeks of flower even with the breeder stating it could be ready in 56-63 days and it is. This is hands down the fastest plant I've grown so far.
I am super stoked to chop this beautiful lady with her purple nugs. I can not wait to smoke this one. I think I am also going to try out jar curing for the first time.
I am also thinking that growing "synganically" might be the way for me. I do love the easy of just watering with organic dry amendments, but also love knowing I have some nutes I can soup up for the ladies if need be, I also can attest to the microbiology thriving with using the salt nutrients along side the organic. The key is moderation with the salt nutes, I only have her 3 feeds using salt nutes the whole 9 weeks and one of which was only calmag.
I want to thank all of the growmies out there that liked, commented or even stopped by for a visit. I appreciate it all!
Nice harvest. I have experimented with silica blast as well and found the same results, both pros and cons of using it. But overall, I do tend to run it on my grows as it makes the plants more resilient towards stress, heat, pests, ect.
She looks nice enough.
Also silica should be given mostly at the start of flowering, as it increases trichome production. Tougher stems are necessary when they bend full of fat buds.
