When we talk about Tarte tatin we talk about perfection, I was very jealous of the flowers, hard as marble, in the hands of Michelangelo Buonarroti they would become a statue. The plant is perfect, much better even than the last time I grew it with a hasty veg, now it has 16 buds all well grown and aligned and it produces flowers like the last time oh my goodness what quality.
