03/17/2024 - Using 3 germination methods for this grow with 2 seeds each: - Paper Towel - Cotton Pad - Directly in Substate 03/21/2024 - Watered with 40ml + great white 03/24/2024 - Watered with 40ml + great white. Lights at 280 PPFD / 10" Pheno #1 / #2 - Directly in dirt Pheno #3 / #4 - Paper Towel Pheno #5 / #6 - Cotton Pad Method Changes that Worked - The paper towel adjustments from growcast using spring water worked perfectly - having a ph of water post germination of 6.5 worked for me - Start with using mosquito bits in water so that you address problems super early Lessons Learned - Track the pheno # against the germination method, outside of #1 and #2, I lost track - The "packing down" from Build a Soil did not seem to serve me well, stop doing that - Track the day each pheno germinated with photo updates - These were quite stretchy, moved the light to 12", kept PPFD in the high 200s (270-300) and lowered temperature to 75F
