Your plants look like a nutrient issue. Ph maybe. It should be getting 1700-2100 ec right now. I add 250ec cal/mag lotus nutrients. And 1600 ec lotus grow. Been working great for my plants around that age. Also use RO water always. Don't go off ppm for measuring your nutrient water only use EC.

About the AutoPots: i did two rounds with them and both rounds the plants were not happy and some things went wrong (nutrient deficienties etc)
Im not saying the AutoPots are the problem as i used coco with them and before that i used to grow in soil and that went far more better compared to the coco grows.
So i decided to go back to soil and normal pots for the upcoming round.
