Hey there steelhead, i see your spots you mention as well as the slightly red stem, however you're feeding the plants a nice lineup...so sometimes i wonder either its a too low does, or somethings not being absorbed. With all the nutrients they have an ideal range where they're absorbed, such as calcium can be taken in from a ph of 6.5-9.5, but others may be absorbed better at 6-6.8. I thinj this is why they suggest we all aim at having the ph between 6.3 and 6.8 so that way were happily meeting them all in the middle. I see your ph at 6 and probably thats not so far off to cause catastrophe but may perform better a touch higher. There's also the problem of nutrients cancelling out others if 1 is too high, like magnesium will cancel out calcium if their ratio is off. So I'd say either try increasing your dose because maybe the plants are eating a lot, or try to adjust that ph slightly. Ive heard several places mentions to be careful about using several different bottled companys, that sticking with just the flora line would help reduce the risk of staking and bad interactions because they've designed most of the products to be used together. I found this out slightly last summer when i used fox farm and remo together, it just didn't seem to be as compatible as sticking with 1 or the other.
Happy growing and good luck tackling the various challenges that we all seem to face. ✌️
