Week 15 7/14-20 We have had so much rain this week, I havenโt feed the outside ladies. Some of her leaves are yellowing so I will definitely have to feed this week whether it rains or not. She continues to fatten up those buds. Just loving the summer heat.

What causes limb to act as if detached from mother? Fractal is outside, healthy, no bugs or fungus. And no break of stem. The stem is wilty and limp.

My guess would also be a fungus or bug in that stem.
Keeping it won't bring any positive as it is already dead, so I would 2nd Lerome's advice to chop and inspect it. Just chop a bit away from your main stalk so the wound is not on the stem of the plant, creating a new opening where fungus can infect the plant. Do it in the morning on a dry day so the wound can dry as fast as possible.
