Started soaking both seeds in a glas of water on Saturday evening. Hulberry was ready to go into soil by Monday morning and already popped out on Wednesday. Purple Queen took a bit longer to germinate in water, so it went into soil 1.5 days later. It finally broke the surface Saturday morning.

She went into flower, now stretching. Set light to 100%, added Bio-Bizz Top-Max and Bio-Bloom (1ml/L each). 3 days later brown spots appeared on top fan leaves, very few also on lower fan leaves. I suspect this could be light burn or nutrient related. Any ideas? Pls help

I’m seeing two things right now with the plant. The yellowing of the older leaf is a result of Nitrogen deficiency. This should not happen till late into flower. Might want to give a dose of Nitrogen to your plant now while you are still in early flower stage. The brown spots look like the start of a Calcium Deficiency and can easily be corrected by using a CalMag product. Follow the manufacture recommendations for using and you should stop seeing them. I hope this helps.

I've had Nitrogen and possible Cal/Mag deficiencies 2 weeks ago. Mid last week I started noticing some burn a the tips, so i dialed nutrients back again. By this weekend the tips of the leaves curled further and turned dark. The rest still looks a bit pale, but buds look good.

That is due to temperatures dropping to sub 68F or genetics. Fall/autumn colors just as you see in tres outside. So, this wasn't caused by nutrient issues. If you had any other symptoms do consider those, but otherwise resume normal fertigation before it runs out of building blocks for growth. no worries, i've seen significantly more decimated canopies on plants that continue to develop and finish their buds. Any negative impact is probably imperceivable if you get it back on track.

Beginner question: Would you say this is ready to harvest soon or should I wait some more? Leaves turning autumn colors, 3/4 of pistils turned orange. Trichomes look rather clear, but some on the head bud are amber already. RQS says 8-9 weeks. Starting week 9 soon.

If you zoom in on pictures 3, 4, and 5- you can see what appears to be black spots (absence of white/milky)in the centers of quite a few trichomes. That’s a result of what I’d call glassiness. Not sure of a better description, but anyhow, those would be the ones I would call clear (not milky). I’m not sure what you’re going for in terms of high, but for a generalization I’d say it’s a bit early yet. This combined with some pistils still being white/not receding, makes me say not yet. I would say you’re not far off though, so I’d keep checking every other day or so. If you chopped her now I’m sure you’d get some sorta high, but why not let her go to her potential, not to mention she’ll probably gain some more weight over the next week or so which is obviously a good thing
