Lemon Cake continues to show bud rot and wilt. From last week I had to cut more off the original cola. Then the 2nd main cola (remember she had 3) started showing wilt. I cut that off later this week after the photo session.
I did take a few good buds off. I will dry and test. If it is desirable, I'll try to save as much of her as i can. But if this wilt rot continues, I will chop her. I hate having put so much time and effort only to lose her. I had to cut a bud off Fractal because they were touching.
The weather for this summer was extremely hot and humid with temperatures over 110f and high humidity. Not our normal. This shows a weakness in Lemon Cake as it has struggled in these conditions. A cooler more stable environment would benefit.
From the various strains I've grown, I determined that I don't like this tight bud sites so close and tight to the cola stems. L Cake has been very bushy throughout her growth cycles. Defoliation was a chore with many feeder leaves remaining.
Thanks for the visits, likes and comments, I appreciate all the plant love๐.

I was impressed with the vigor of Premium Cultivar genetics, seeds germinated very well for me, looks like they did for you too, lemon cake sounds good. I do like lemon cake! With a cuppa.
Your plants look awesome my friend. I had to abandon my outdoor grows a while back. We have low humidity and hardly any summer rain, so bud rot wasn't a problem. But we have a bad whitefly problem here and between that and the other pests it's a double whammy. I have nothing but huge respect for all the outdoor growers. ๐
@Sour_D, Thanks @Sour_D ๐ I'm on the fence for outside grows. Bud rot and wilt are my big issues. I stopped pests with neem oil. These are photos so maybe autos for outside and be done in half the time.
