It’s Pablo F. Escobar.. what else do you need to know?? Okay, okay .. calm down? Got you. 4/23/24- popped a cap 4/26/-24-Well ..check the pictures. Pablo Escobar by Divine Seeds is a piquant Columbian strain with extreme potency. This 90% Sativa originates from Santa Marta mountains, the region known both for its highly nourishing ground and flamboyant Sativa marijuana. We used an especially prominent variety that local inhabitants had cultivated for several centuries. That’s the basic explanation why Pablo Escobar is perfect both in growing and consumption – it has undergone a great deal of selection even before Divine Seeds stabilized it! Its mango odor (a sign that Pablo Escobar is rich in myrcene) is intricately shaded with piny and musky undertones. Answer your questions? No, okay .. follow along then. Thanks to Divine Seeds for the opportunity to grow your baby. Let’s get this shit 💪🏻

05/03/24. We made it out of germination. One week old. Not much to report other than this little dudette wants to be tall. She’s getting some speckling so I assumed the light was too much and dimmed it. She proceeded to grow like 2 inches overnight. Not loving that, as she looks leggy now. I don’t want her stem being so long. Node spacing is seeming okay though, so I don’t get it. Ah well. She’s alive and growing and appears happy. Not giving her any nutrients for now. I have wound up with nitrogen toxicity, or borderline on my other girls, so taking it easy this time round. Light is 23 inches above at 50%. Seems like a lot.. but when dimmed more she goes crazy. I’ll be keeping a close eye to see what adjustments are needed. Humidity staying between 55-60%. Temperature between about 72-78f. Have a small fan blowing at the wall to give her a breeze. Watering when cup looks dry and feels light. I think that’s about it for this update. Thanks for lookin 🙂 Thanks to Divine Seeds for the wonderful baby. https://divineseeds.net/pablo-escobar-fem/ Pablo Escobar by Divine Seeds is a piquant Columbian strain with extreme potency. 05/10/24. Going into week 2 Bro. Pablo. This thing will not stop tryin to be the tallest in the room. She wants to tower over everything. No food. Just water. Humidity between 55-60. Light is on full blast 100% and like 20 up. This thing can’t get enough. I don’t get it. 2 weeks old and 5 inches. So much stem. Node spacing seems fine-ish though. I’ve seen other people growing this and they aren’t insanely tall. It’s funny. The stems so long that I don’t know how it’s standing straight. I’m dumbfounded. Yeah. Nothing else to say right now. Thanks for dropping by. Better update next time I hope.

05/17/24. Going into week 3 Ah, Pablita. Why the guy names for plants we mostly want to be girls? Anyway, I wasn’t so sure about this girl at first. She just wouldn’t stop getting taller no matter what and her poor stem was skinny and flimsy. Her leaves looked sketchy with weird light and dark marks. I saw other people growing her that looked smaller and great, and thought what am I doing wrong? Well.. now I don’t care lol. I’m loving how she’s doing now. She’s a bit tall but she’s getting strong and she’s perky and happy .. so now I am too. Her cotyledons are yellowing which would tell me she wants some food. She hasn’t had any yet. She was transplanted into fresh soil a few days ago-I’d think that would be feeding her again but having some leaf issues on another baby as well so yeah. Next watering I’ll be feeding. Lights 100% at about 20 inches up. Temperature between 75-80f. Humid between 55-62. Well guess that’s it for now. See yuh next time

05/24/24. Going into week 4 Ah, Pablita, my sanity. What can I say.. this girl is the only one of the babies that’s been keeping me from giving up on all that I have in veg currently. I’m having so many issues with the other 2 girls and I can’t really figure out why. Pablita isn’t having any issues, which I’m happy about, but it seems as if the other 2 are she would be as well. So, either the others are ass holes or she’s just resistant af. Anyhow, have given her a very light feed today and a topping a few days ago. Dimmed the light to 70% and raised it a bit for the other 2’s sake. Already seeing longer noding because of it which doesn’t make me happy, but seemed to slow down whatever’s going on with the others. It’s been getting much hotter than I’d like. Temperature has been ranging between 75 and 85. Humidity between 55-62% Think that covers it for now. Cross your fingers that Pablita stays as happy as she is.

06/07/24 Going into week 6 Pablita, Pablita. Nothing but love for this baby. I want to keep her forever. I’ve had nothing but issues with the other girls I’m vegging currently. Not Pablita. She’s strong and happy. Props to Divine for this beauty. She does seem pretty dark to me and I haven’t fed her much. She’s always looked dark. I’m putting this up to heavy nitrogen in the medium. I will continue to feed her but decrease nitrogen. Also I am going to feed her less often than the other girls- they are hungry hippos Other than that.. all environmental things haven’t changed since last update. I was letting this baby grow natural other than topping, but she has huge leaves which block the lower areas to the point you can’t really tell she has several future bud sites covered by them. Some training probably happening soon. I’ll catch ya on the next one. Have a good weekend :)

06/14/24 Going into week 7 Loving Pablita as usual. Just transplanted her and fed and watered her. Ratios listed up there 👆 She grew a lot again this past week. She’s right around 18 inches now. So far no appearance of being mad over transplant. She’s perked up and happy. I’m so dumb. I overlooked the fact that she’s 90% sativa. I knew she was some, but wow. I feel like if I don’t switch her to flower soon I’m gonna run into problems, but I don’t have the option now. Oops. I was gonna do some training on her awhile back but each time I thought about doing it .. I stare at her and think about how pretty she is and I didn’t do it. Probably going to regret that too lol. Until next time…

06/21/24. Going into week 8 Things are going great. This girl really needs to be flipped already. I’m stressing because she’s already 22 inches tall and it says she’s 90% sativa. Fml lol. I am waiting for bloom tent .. and it might be awhile. Haven’t changed anything since last update. The only thing that’s changed with Pablita herself is: she has pistils/preflowers. She’s ready to go and oh man.. pretty sure she’s gonna be a beast Did I advertise enough now? Lol And yes that IS black tape on my tent. Guess there’s a small bit of proof of my bad review of my taped up tent 🙄

06/28/24. Here we gooo into week 1 flower Moved pretty Pablita into the flowering tent. She’s now meeting 320w. Hope she enjoys it. She looks happy as usual. I’ve still done no training. She’s just been too pretty to mess with. Plus, it’s nice to see how she grows on her own so far. Well, other than the one topping she had. Giving her water, water, feed, whenever soil feels dry and pots light. Giving an even feed of 10-10-10 per transition ratio on manufacturers label. I don’t usually do that, but wanna see how it goes. They should know better than me right? Lights at about 20 inches up and about 60% dimmed atm. This lights new to her so I don’t wanna freak her out with too much off bat. I’m sure I will be increasing it in a few days. My thoughts so far, based on veg stage: Lush, strong, beautiful plant. She grew tall and lanky for me at first and I was thinking this was not going to be a great strain for me. I think she just wanted way jB more light than I was used to being wanted. A bit late figuring that out- she’s done amazing since. Of course we still have all of flower and harvest to go, but so far ..I’d recommend growing for sure. 20/10 Divine Seeds has really surprised me in a good way. Much love https://divineseeds.net/pablo-escobar-fem/

07/06/24. Going into week 2 flower Stretch is starting now. Gained a few inches the past day or so. Hasn’t had much in first week. Starting to see a little development of buds as well. I decided to get her into a trellis because she was just not spreading out well even with my bending branches out a bit daily. That on top of just lots of big leaves seemed like most branches weren’t going to show themselves. Since doing it a few days ago, she’s already got a bunch coming out now. She’s drinking more often now. Was every few days, currently she’s very dry every other day. The amount is about 2.5 liters watered in slowly. Forgot to get new trays for underneath so that’s been fun 😳 Smooth sailing so far. Please don’t let me jinx myself lol. I’ve been rushed this week and the site also hasn’t been working well at all for me. I’ll see if I can load some kinda video tomorrow. Until next time https://divineseeds.net/pablo-escobar-fem

7/14/24. Going into week 3 flower Sites been messed up for me and it’s been hard to update so I’m slightly behind Something is going on with Pablita. It figures lol. She’s been perfect and healthy all the way til now. All the areas and leaves around the budsites are yellow and strange textured. Almost leathery. The bud formations themselves look strange and lacking a buncha white pistils like there should be. I first thought light burned but I dimmed the light to 50% and it got worse. I noticed it’s also happening on a branch that’s developed down low. No way lights done anything to it. I was leaving it to monitor. I don’t think it’s nutrient t burn because the rest of all the leaves are fine. It’s ONLY the leaves at the buds and buds that look weird. It also starts from the base of the leaves, not tips. For now I’m treating it as iron deficiency.. hoping that’s what it is as I read leaves and things can come back green and recover from that. Not sure if that would cause lack of pistils and weird looks of ones that are there though. I’ll include a close up of the weirdness. Any thoughts or suggestions are more than welcomed. Wanna get this girl back to her normally beautiful, happy self 😔

07/23/24. Going into week 4 flower After last update, the things I mentioned worsened. The yellowing turned pasty and almost whitish. The leaves feel weird.. like thick and not rubbery.. but kinda. Don’t know how to describe it. I had stopped feeding her, other than calmag with micros, one of which is iron. I had also backed the light off since she also appeared burned on the buds or something. Wasn’t noticing much improvement so I checked runoff and it was very acidic. I then over a few hours time gave her large amounts of water until it got more clear when it came out. After that I finished off with just the calmag/iron. A few hours later her leaves were perked up. They still looked bad obviously not going to change that fast. Jumping to today, parts of the leaves look to be regaining some green, especially in the veins and in toward the bases, which is where the most white/yellow was. The buds are starting to grow again, but still appear burnt and lacking hairs. With the green returning..if you look now the symptoms would say nutrient burn. I’m not an expert, but I’m unaware of nutrient burn turning a plant white and yellow and being able to regain green after? If I’m wrong on that please let me know. For now I am going to just keep going on with water silica and calmag OAC as it seems to be at least doing something that looks right. I also feel the lights way too dimmed (50% 22in) and high, but not taking chances. I’d rather have the plant healthy vs killing her for bud size. Hopefully too much damage hasn’t been done and my once beautiful Pablita will once again be. 😿 Update: 07/26/24 More whiteness/pasty has decreased and a few little hairs have sprouted! This seems like progress. As green gradually reappears on top.. it’s disappearing in other spots.

07/30/24. Going into week 5 flower So.. we’ve regained a ton of green near buds and at leaf bases on out. Meanwhile, with trying to correct this fucken ph, and not feeding base nutrition, yellowing is showing up in different areas. You’ll notice throughout the pictures. Based on such, I gave a light feeding and hoping to stop THAT progression. (Insert sigh here) Bad news is I’m pretty sure she will be very stunted. The sizes of the buds show such. Good news is.. they seem to be starting to grow again AND there’s a bunch of white hairs popping up all over now. Poor girl. She is stated to be 90% sativa and a 71 day girl. We’re on I think day 35 so she does still have quite a long way to go even entering week 5 flower. I’m hoping all this time can be used well to get her at least somewhere near where she should be. I can’t say exactly what the plan is going forward. This is going to be me watching her responses and just trying to do whatever seems to be helping. At this time it has been no feeding and a light feed as well as very dim light 🤞 🍀

08/07/24. Week 6 flower Late updating this as tbh this plant was really getting to me. She’s just unhappy and showing all this is emb I kept giving her water with just calmag and the leaves look terrible, but it seems more hairs are forming and the buds are growing a bit. Feel as if I’ve really failed Pablita. I almost just gave up with her, but I’m not a quitter, and even though she looks a hot mess.. neither is she. She shows signs of hope and then I guess.. so must I. Onward ..

08/14/24. Going into week 7 flower Welcome to hell. We march on. Pablita still looks a hot fucken mess, but somehow.. she’s growing. There’s signs of life. I don’t know how, I guess she’s a damn soldier. If she doesn’t give up trying, neither will I. I’ve continued with water and calmag, but today a I’ve tried given her some light nutrients since it’s been quite awhile and she’s been doing a lot of work trying to grow her buds. She is at day 50 out of 71 stated days. I imagine with her being stagnant so long, and trying to make her comeback.. we might be looking at longer. I guess we will see. Cross your fingers for Pablita and don’t count her out just yet. She’ll never be a beauty queen now, but she she’s for damn sure a fighter

08/21/24. Going into week 8 flower Welcome back to hell. Just kidding.. kinda.. Day 57 out of the 71 stated. This girls definitely going the whole way, if not more. She’s trying to make up for time that was taken from her. With the way she’s filling out now, I’m like damn. What would she have been like had we not hit a huge long bump in the road?? I’m shocked at what she’s even doing honestly. Big ups to Pablita. 👊 I guess this diary can just be a testament to this strain being resilient af. Also, hopefully it can serve as an example that you can bring a plant back from near death. Anyhow, giving her plain water currently as I think there’s still some build up in her soil. I tried feeding her a bit and noticed immediate tip burns. Going do water again next time as well and then a VERY light feeding that time after and see the happenings. I’m just trying to take it as slow and easy as possible with her. With progress .. don’t wanna throw everything back to shit. She’s thirsty every other day. Drinks almost a gallon, and get about 10% run off. Guess that’ll be all for now. ✌️

09/05/24. Going into week.. wait what week is it .. I had to check. Week 10 flower. It’s day 72 out of the stated 71. I think it shall be the last. Not seeing much differences happening anymore other than trichome wise, and well .. they’re pretty much where we want them already. She definitely could go another week for sure, but don’t want a bunch of amber. She’s turned into a girl with a variety in size buds. Even the smaller ones aren’t very small though. There’s many of those and then 4 that tower over the rest. She’s very sticky and very smelly. Her friends haven’t been with her for some days now. It was hard to figure out smells coming from the tent with them all together, other then sticking your nose right to them. On her own, it’s a very skunky, kinda old school weed smell- if that makes sense. The deed will be done later tonight. I won’t post the harvest until she’s dry and trimmed, as I have no way to weigh her wet anyway. Might as well just wait until I actually have information to do it. I can tell you she will be hung in my dark closet, full plant, with fan at bottom, not pointed at plant(airflow). Aim for 60/60 but not likely as for some reason the temperature in there keeps wanting to be a bitch and getting more like 77f :/ ah well. It is what it is. See ya when she’s done :)

Pablo was hung full plant for about 13 days. Goal was 60/60, but temperature didn’t cooperate most of the time. The buds are VERY sativa like. Probably the stinkiest, funkiest I’ve ever grown. Wound up getting 3 ounces, didn’t weigh trim. Thanks Divine seeds for the opportunity to grow this girl, as well as participate in your contest. Good luck everyone :)
