Hey everyone,
So, I'm diving into the world of growing, and my first pick is a Lemon Orange strain. I couldn't find this strain available anywhere to buy. No biggie, I thought, I'll just grow it myself.
Feel free to drop your thoughts below. Let's connect and share experiences as we grow together! 🌱✨
The second week has been going really well. Polina is looking strong and healthy. The leaves are vibrant, and it's growing steadily. I'm giving it 300 PPFD of light, and it seems to be just the right amount. I'm not using nutrients yet.
Hey everyone,
I’m now at the end of week 2, and things are looking good. My girl is growing strong with vibrant leaves under 350 PPFD of light. This week I've started using some nutrients for the first time: Cal-Mag, Power Roots, and Alga Gow. I'm using them at prevention doses, about 50% of what the manufacturer recommends.
Next week, I plan to replant it into a bigger 5-liter pot. It’s exciting to see how these changes will affect my plant’s growth. I'll keep you all updated on how it goes!
Feel free to share your thoughts or advice in the comments below. Let's keep growing together! 🌱✨
Hey everyone,
It’s the end of week, and I wanted to share an update on my Lemon Orange grow. This week has been really interesting.
1. I increased the dosage of nutrients to the officially recommended levels.
2. I transplanted my girl into a bigger 5-liter pot. The roots are looking healthy and strong.
3. I noticed some yellowish leaves and initially suspected a nutrient deficiency, but then I realized it was likely stress from the transplantation. I also made a mistake and overwatered her badly once.
4. I've started using Vita Race by PLAGRON as a foliar spray once a week. It contains iron, which is great for the leaves.
As you can see, my girl now has a dark green colour on the new set of leaves.
Next week, I plan to top her, remove the first yellow branches, and start some LST. I’ll also be adding a nutrient called Sugar Royal by PLAGRON.
Thanks for all the support and advice so far. Feel free to share any tips or thoughts in the comments. Let’s keep this grow journey going strong! 🌱✨

Hey everyone,
It’s the end of week 4, and it has been quite a week for my Lemon Orange grow.
I introduced Sugar Royal by PLAGRON, but I suspect that it has caused a bit of an imbalance, with too much nitrogen and too little potassium. So, next week I’ll be returning to half doses of everything to see if that helps.
I also did some topping and low-stress training (LST) this week. While these techniques should help with growth, I’ve noticed a few issues with the leaves. There are some brown tips and light green spots on one leaf, which might be due to the stress from the training.
Despite these issues, it’s been a great week overall, and my plant continues to grow. I’m hopeful that adjusting the nutrient levels will help resolve the leaf problems.
As always, feel free to share your thoughts or advice in the comments. Thanks for following along on this journey! 🌱✨

Hey everyone,
Another week has come to an end, and here's an update on my Lemon Orange grow.
This week, I decreased the dose of nutrients as planned. I also did more low-stress training (LST) and some defoliation. Now, the plant is receiving an equal amount of light to all branches, which should help with even growth.
The issues with the leaves are gone, which is a huge relief. It seems the adjustments in nutrients and the extra care have paid off.
Thanks for all the support and advice. Feel free to share any tips or thoughts in the comments.

Hey everyone,
Another week has come to an end, and here's an update on my girl.
Everything is looking good. The plant is healthy and growing well after the adjustments I made last week. The low-stress training (LST) and defoliation have helped ensure all branches are getting equal light.
Next week, I’ll be switching to the flowering stage!
Thanks for all the support and advice.

Hey everyone,
Another week has ended, and here's an update on my Lemon Orange grow.
This was the first week of the 12-12 light cycle, so my plant has just begun to flower a little. It's an exciting transition to witness. This week, I've used Cal-Mag, Vita Race, and BactoHemp to support the plant during this critical phase.
BactoHemp is an ecological product that contains beneficial bacilli and bacteria. It promotes rapid growth, converts insoluble fertilizers, and protects against root fungi. It’s been great for my plant's overall health.
Everything looks good so far, and I’m eager to see more flowers developing in the coming weeks.

Hey everyone,
The second week of flowering has come to an end, and here's the latest update on my Lemon Orange grow.
The buds are now clearly forming, which is really exciting to see. This week, I've used Alga Bloom, Vita Race, Sugar Royal, and Power Roots to support the flowering stage.
I've noticed a few yellow leaves appearing at the bottom of the plant. I believe this is normal and coincides with the first gray hairs showing up. However, it could also be a sign of nitrogen deficiency. What do you think? Feel free to comment with your thoughts.
Everything is progressing well, and I can't wait to see how the buds develop in the coming weeks.

Hey everyone,
Another week of flowering has come to an end, and here's the latest update on my Lemon Orange grow.
All nutrients remain +- the same this week. I’ve noticed a little bud growing on a small branch. While I know many of you practice lollipopping and remove these small branches, I’ve decided to leave it for the sake of experiment.
Everything is looking good so far, and I'm excited to see how this experiment turns out.

Hey everyone,
Another week of flowering has come to an end, and here's the latest update on my Lemon Orange grow.
I've started to see some of the leaves turning yellow. A lot of people have given different answers, but my intuition suggests it's an underwatering issue combined with the natural aging of the plant. To prevent any deficiencies, I've added beneficial bacteria and worm castings using the topping method. These two are organic and help minimize the risk of nutrient burn.
We’ll see how this works out over the next week.

Hey everyone,
Good news! The leaves are looking much healthier, and the drooping has slowed down significantly. I also increased watering this week, which seems to have helped a lot. It looks like the decision to add beneficial bacteria and worm castings, along with the extra watering, was the right move.

Hey everyone,
Another week of flowering has come to an end, and here's the latest update on my grow.
I bought a cheap microscope this week, and it’s been great for checking out the trichomes. Right now, they’re glossy, but I’m looking for a more milky/amber color before harvest. I’m guessing it might take another week or two to get there.
The smell isn’t too strong yet, but I can definitely start to feel the aroma. I’m hoping it intensifies as we get closer to harvest.

Hey everyone,
Here's the latest update on my flowers.
We’re nearing the finish line now, and starting next week, I’ll switch to only watering with plain water to flush the nutrients out of the soil and ensure the purest flavor for the buds.
Thanks for all the support and advice.
Stay tuned for the final stages!

Hey everyone,
The final week has passed, and tomorrow is a big milestone - giving my girl a period of dark hours before finally harvesting! This step should help intensify the flavours and aromas, making more enjoyable results.
Thanks for all the support and advice throughout this journey.
I can’t wait to share the outcome with you all!

This week was pretty laid-back. All I had to do was wait for everything to dry out properly. It’s one of those phases in the grow cycle where patience really is key
