For a white widow strain she looks too small and deformed in a way the main cola is a bit to the side, won't be big

She is ready, I have pest problem which I keep on fighting with, I'm sure she is this small due to the stress plus she is a polyploid

I don't mean to alarm you, but it looks like you got some pest problems. Can't say which for sure, but you got this white stuff and sticky residue on the leafes. Check for mites and greenflys/louses(?). Otherwise the plant looks good 👍
