I don't mean to alarm you, but it looks like you got some pest problems. Can't say which for sure, but you got this white stuff and sticky residue on the leafes. Check for mites and greenflys/louses(?).

For a white widow strain she looks too small and deformed in a way the main cola is a bit to the side, won't be big
