This week I'm back in the Mars Hydro 2x2 clone tent with another project! After a successful run with the Raspberry Ripples by Mosca last run, it was finally time to plant a few more seeds for another Pheno hunt!
This run I'm choosing one seed of Grandpa's Cookies #7 (x) Lilac Diesel #22 (Feminized) from Ethos seeds and also two Phenos of Tow Truck by Humboldt Seed Organization and Giest Grow. I got all these seeds as freebies two from a local free seed day, and one as a freebie gift from Attitude Seed Bank.
I placed the seeds in two separate shot glasses of distilled water (80%) and Hydrogen Peroxide (20%) overnight for about 12 hours. I do this to help soften the seed shell before introducing it to the soil. I also prepared the soil last night and allowed it to sit in my environment to acclimate. Today I placed them in the seedling pots and placed them under the Viparspectra V1000 at around 20% power. None have germinated yet but I have high hopes as this method worked awesome last run. I also put like 10 small granules of Mykos in each planting hole. I've heard mixed things about introducing Mykos this early. Some say it makes no difference, others say its good to introduce microbes as early as possible. I misted each pot with 3 sprays from a spray bottle. I do use a humidity dome when starting seeds which will come off soon after sprouting and an ac infinity seedling fan is introduced at that point.
That about sums up my Germination process this round
Thank you for checking out my growdiary!
See you next week for an update! Super excited to get to start another project!

good job bro keep going. i can see the purple colors are coming out . you are one of few persons i saw to do cover cropping beside main plant you did great job dude your terpens will flow
@Grower_Of_Persia, the cover crop seemed to really help even the soil out. I noticed it helped keep this layer of moisture in the top soil and keeps it from getting hydrophobic. Thank you for your feedback and checking out my grow diary!
