FastBuds Girl Scout Cookies is an indica dominant autoflowering hybrid. The breeder's estimated life cycle is 65-75 days from germination. She is a heavy feeder according to the breeder website. I will be topping this plant, and performing LST on side branches. The setup for this grow will be:
Tent size - 3'x3'x6'
6 in 440 CFM fan & filter
3 gallon fabric pot
Pro-Mix HP + 20% extra perlite for aeration and drainage
2 x Viparspectra PAR450 - 200W actual ea
GH Flora Series nutrients with GH Supplements,Terpinator
All measurements are recorded in ml/gal.
11/23 - Seed was placed in moistened Rapid Rooter after soaking in 1/4 strength Clonex solution.
11/26 - Sprout above ground.
11/27 - Day 1, just some tap water pH to 5.8.
11/30 - Day 4, fed 190 ppm Clonex solution pH set to 5.8, moved to 3x3 LED tent.
12/4 - Day 8, she is just plugging along, the plan is to give her seedling nutes until the end of the week.
12/6 - Day 10, she's having a rough start.
12/7 - Day 11, fed with full strength seedling solution mixed according to GH DTW schedule. Soultion came out at 265 ppm and pH was set to 5.8.
12/9 - Day 13, fed again with full strength according to seedling wk of GH DTW schedule. Solution was 285 ppm and pH was set to 5.8.
12/11 - Day 15, fed according to Week 3 veg of GH DTW schedule, with base nutes at 75% strength. The final ppm was 550 and pH was set to 5.8.
12/13 - Day 17, gave her water + Hydroguard, with pH set to 5.8
12/14 - Day 18, topped at 3rd node
12/17 - Day 21, fed at 620 ppm and pH set to 5.8 according to week 3 of GH DTW schedule. She is recovered from the topping and starting to put out new growth at the bud sites.
12/18 - Day 22, she is putting on growth where she was topped. No preflowers yet.
12/21 - Day 25, fed her at 800 ppm and pH set to 5.8, according to late growth week of GH DTW schedule. Her final runoff numbers were 1000 ppm and pH of 6.
12/26 - Day 30, playing Christmas Catch-up on all my diaries, She was fed today at 1050 ppm according to Transition week of GH DTW schedule with pH adjusted to 5.8. She is starting to stretch a bit.
12/30 - Day 34, accidentally gave her bloom nutes. she is filling out nicely.
1/2 - Day 37, fed her according to early bloom week of GH DTW schedule mixed to 950 ppm and pH set to 5.8. Final runoff numbers were 1420 ppm and pH was 5.9. She is now starting bloom at 27 inches tall.
1/5 - Day 40, gave her water + Hydroguard with pH adjusted to 5.8.
1/7 - Day 42, fed her according to mid bloom week of GH DTW schedule. Solution was 980 ppm and pH adjusted to 5.8. She is healthy and huge!!
1/9 - Day 44, she is chugging right along, throwing out pistils like she's Oprah or something (" You get a calyx, you get a calyx, you get a calyx ").
1/10 - Day 45, fed with early bloom nutes according to GH DTW schedule. Runoff numbers were 1230 ppm and pH was 5.9
1/13 - Day 48, fed her with mid bloom nutes, Runoff numbers were 1350 ppm and pH was 5.9. Her buds are already frosty and sticky.
1/16 - Day 51, fed her with mid bloom nutes mixed to 1150 ppm and pH adjusted to 5.8. Her buds are popping up everywhere! Final runoff was 1340 ppm and pH was 6.0
1/19 - Day 54, gave water + Hydroguard with pH set to 5.8. Final runoff was 1150 ppm and pH was 6.
1/23 - Day 58, she is so stinky, and greasy. She is starting to build her buds alot more this week, and looks like she would be nearly identical to her sister except her buds are a little smaller right now. I think she's a little bit behind due to the topping compared to the other girl.
1/24 - Day 59, fed her with late bloom nutes, dropping FloraGro, Rapidstart, and Diamond Nectar, pH was set to 5.8. Final runoff was 1280 ppm and pH was 6.
1/27 - Day 62, fed with late bloom nutes pH set to 5.8. Final runoff was 1200 ppm and pH was 5.9.
1/30 - Day 65, gave her water + Hydroguard with pH set to 5.8. Defoliated a few fans during watering. She is starting to take on some pretty colors as she nears harvest. She is covered in frost and smells just like her sister with a sweet, earthy dank smell.
2/2 - Day 68, gave her ripen feed according to GH DTW schedule. Final runoff was 960 ppm and pH was 6.
2/6 - Day 72, beginning her flush with 2 gal of water + Hydroguard, with pH set to 5.8. She is already taken on beautiful colors, and her fade should continue as ppm's drop. Final runoff was 620 ppm and pH was 6.
2/9 - Day 75, another 2 gal of water brought her to 440 ppm.
2/13 - Day 79, she is just gorgeous with all her colors as she fades approaching harvest. She will be getting 10ml/gal of FloraNectar during her flush as an experiment in flushing with sugars.
2/15 - Day 81, gave her 2 gal of water + Hydroguard, Floranectar, with pH set to 5.8. Final runoff was 280 ppm and pH was 6.
2/19 - Day 85, chopped her today. Harvest and smoke report will be up in about 2 weeks.
This girl was a little bit leggier than her sister, and did not want to support the buds in the last week, she was falling all over. She took on some beautiful colors near harvest and retained some of the purple hues in her buds.
