MisterZ Hello friends, 3 weeks have passed. I transplanted outdoors into a 60-liter bag. After discussing with several of you, I lightened the mix with soil from a previous grow and even more mulch. There’s now about 1/3 compost, 1/2 mulch, and 1/6 recycled soil. With this rich mix, I will only water with rainwater. I didn’t take any intermediate photos during the transplant. The plant has a slight yellow discoloration like a mosaic between the veins. I think it’s due to overwatering during the watering in the 3-liter plastic pot. The roots had reached the bottom of the pot, and the core of the soil cylinder remained compact. I intentionally broke it up by packing the soil around. It’s between 15 to 32°C outside these days and lots of sunshine. I watered with 5 liters of rainwater without pH correction despite the moisture in the soil. After 2 days outside, everything is going well. The bag is placed in a poorly maintained corner and in front of other plants where confusion is possible. MisterZ Hello friends, It has been very hot this week, 3 days over 37°. This plant has suffered a lot. It was first bent by MisterZ during a visit 😠. Then it suffered from the heat, the thermometer went up to 39°. When it was indoors, it started to develop some barely visible discoloration mosaics. The phenomenon has worsened since I took it outside. The discoloration has turned into a set of large spots. Despite everything, it has tripled in height and is producing new leaves while remaining frail. It's a very rich mix that I usually use for annual garden plants that thrive in humus-rich soil: cucumbers, zucchinis, and pumpkins. We can now see the flowers forming. On some leaves, the discoloration follows the central vein, one half is normal and the other yellow. Flowers have been forming for 2 weeks. Her leaves are still discolored and new leaves are discoloring either in mosaics or half split by the central vein. When half of a leaf is affected, it dries up and disappears. The other half stays green! 🤔 As for all the discolorations, I think it’s a virus present in the plastic pot I used during the first 3 weeks. Comes from cucurbits and malvaceae, impossible to treat. MisterZ Hello grower friends, The weather conditions have worsened. It's a maximum of 23° and it's raining a lot. The plant is now over a meter tall and still remains quite fragile. The discoloration is very noticeable. The flowers are very small and thin but from a distance, they give off a delicious sweet cannabis scent. I still don't use any fertilizers and I'm watering with rainwater. M.

MisterZ Hello. This week it's cooler at 8 to 23°. The stretch is well over. A few lower flowers are getting denser, but most have stretched and are very frail. On the other hand, the smell seems strong compared to the size of the flowers. The discoloration doesn't seem to be progressing anymore, but about half is mosaic yellow. I added a photo of Mister Z's exploits. He's a very big hunter. This very common "green and yellow" snake is not venomous, but its bite can be sharp. This one was 1.2m. M.

MisterZ Hello fellow growers. This week has been tough for this already damaged plant. The Aitor storm uprooted and laid it down. I propped it up and added mulch to try to keep it upright. The leaves seem less discolored, but they have all been damaged. The flowers are developing into long, thin filaments between 20 and 40 cm and without density. You can already see the resin forming very distinctly. I'm surprised by the smell it produces, which is not in proportion to the size of its flowers. At 10 meters, you can smell the scent spreading. MisterZ Well, we’re at the end of this grow. I checked with a microscope and found out it’s probably been ripe for a few days. This plant resisted the mosaic virus that developed from the first weeks. Then it endured 2 storms and was completely laid down by the Kirk storm. I cut the whole plant down to the ground and put it to dry. I removed the largest leaves. I’m not sure if I can use the flowers. The bag is really too big to move according to the weather, and the space is too windy to place any protection. I saw in a diary a DIY trick to secure a pot with the plant to prevent it from being uprooted during a move; I’m going to try to do the same for the next season! After taking photos with flash, the leaves I observe are the sugar leaves. Instead of curling up, they have grown longer. They are covered with a very fine layer of resin that’s not very visible from the outside. The little balls are the empty seed sacs.
