Should I prune the little shoot and the leaf? It's the first time I've tried LST.

Cut it off now, also they single leaves on the lowest node. You should also LST a few leaves and nodes so every node has light. You can also cut the fanleaves, if they shadow too much and you cant bend them. That one big leaf standing up has to be bend or has to go 100%

Northern Light Auto - soil - week 9. She had an Mg deficiency in the week 6, which she recovered after being given 3.6 ml of CalMag. Do you know the reason why the leaves are light green? Thank you

The Problem is the calmag you cant do anything about a calmag Defizite its because of the led lights and if you add more calmag the ph in the soil will change and everything will become even whorse

I agree with Papa T. The water from the dehumidifier has no minerals in it and if you are not adding those minerals in another way you are going to run into exactly what you have here. You can add all sorts of rock dust and buy minerals, or you could just use tap water which has most of what the plant needs in it. It's too early for the fade to be setting in like this, so you definitely have a lot of deficiency issues, but is almost too late to fix them.

If she is almost done the leaves will loose their color. The plant will take what it needs from the leaves.

Effects can get more sedative the longer you leave it, but a sativa plant is not going to give the same effect as an indica just because you left it to ripen. The key word is MORE sedative, more sedative than it would have been, does not mean couch lock. The genetics determine the effect, the timing can just make it lean slightly one way or another. As far as harvesting I agree with the other answers, you can harvest now, but I would wait a few days. Maybe a week.
