Pre soaked rockwool cube in 2 QT jar with Clone X @ 400 PPM and 1ML or Orca for 24hrs. Then I put the taproot seed in rockwool cube "gently" and surrounded it in the net pot with hydroton.
5th set of leaves are growing & the nodes are tight. very bushy waiting for hairs. every resource I checked on Auto Flowers says it should be flowering by now so I think this thing is a male or I did something wrong. I finally put 2 and 2 together and realize that this is a Photo and not an Auto. so once I see preflowers I flip the light to 12/12 but not after scratching my head for a while. it was my first grow and although I did my homework prior to starting there are thing you just have to learn experience and failures. I did a little LST for about 7 days and put it back it just made the bottom more bushy. I should have left it.
Flipped the Light to 24hr tiring to spark the change. I'm still convinced that this is a Auto from the seed pack I got. the website had a typo on it. Blueberry said auto in the description.
Live and Learn
At this point I did some homework on the seed bank and I found out that I was not the only one who was duped by the typo on the site. An honest mistake that I wrote the owner of the seed bank about and showed him some screen captures of the Auto description. when I got the pack did not say anything about being an Auto on the label. so after 9 weeks of veg I put 2 and 2 together and realized it was A photoperiod plant and it was time to flip the lights to 12/12. When you don't get what you want you get experience.
Well its about time the only other problem I ran into is the Stealth Box I made is really designed for Autoflower it is not very big 25 inch of height. so this girl started to stretch.
Last week in the box. I had to move to a bigger set up. A 5gal bucket and 600w LED. I had no sign of Nutrient burn so I pushed it a little for the bigger light and reservoir.
The only thing I would cry about is that I I thought it was an Auto Flower from what the web site said. I'm looking forward to growing it again as a photoperiod plant. I'm sure I will have better results. good genetics the bean cracked in 2 days wet paper towel method. got the seeds in a timely manner.
When I do it all over again I'm going to grow the remaining 4 of my seeds in the 5 gallon RDWC system. I will let it flush a little longer next time as well. black ash in bowl to many left over nutrients.
The high is big body with a head finish. Its a little harsh from drying to quick, 3 days😥 used boveda 65% bags and Cvalt to cure. it seemed to help mellow the harsh out Rosin pressing the last OZ will post return.
Looking good man , but if I was to suggest something it would be to make your canopy more even and remove any of the branches with tops that aren't going to be getting enough light . Other then that you're doing a really good job and you're well on your way to getting some kick ass medicine !!
-Happy Growing!
