2 beautiful ladies showing their faces. They started in solo cups- but seemed a little leggy so I up potted them into 1 gallon nursery pots so I could bury the stems a little more.
Girls are looking great! Already at the 3rd node- so it’s my assumption that I’ll be topping them before my next update. They have begun to receive nutrients- all be it a low beginning dose.
The girls are chugging a long, and received their only topping at the 4th node. I’ll give them a few days to recover before up-potting them into their final fabric pots. Still debating on size.
These girls made their big move from their beginning 1 gallon pots into their forever home. Some 3 gallon fabric pots with fox farms, ocean Forest and a little extra perlite light cut in. They were topped before their move and allowed a few days to recover before being up potted, and then having some bends added. 8 total per plant. Too start. They have begun receiving nutrients And are responding well.
Added a few more bends this week. I also moved the girls from my smaller tent to this nice 4x4. Another week left- then October 1st they go to flower.
Then continued receiving the same nutrients as last week- I’ll update those when I get a moment.
Both girls added several inches this week. I’ve added in a few additional bends- as I see the space. They have been handling feeds well- and haven’t had a single issue. Today I gave them a quick once over, and then reset my timer to 12/12. My next update will be after one full week of flower.
The girls got flipped last week. So this is day 8 of flower. They have actually added more height than I was expecting this soon after the light change. Figured they could handle a bit higher feeding- so increased feeds 1ml across the series.
Flower day 15. Pistols are very visible. Plants have been responding well to low feedings- still continue 5mls across the board. The rear plant added 2 inches this week to 17 inches, the front plant is 15 inches. Added a few cups of top dressing as roots have become vis
24 days of flower. Girls are still adding on height. Another few days and I’ll remove some fans- the ones blocking bud sites. Upped feeds by 1ml per component. The plant in the rear in a slight bit shorter, but is also showing more color
Today’s day 32 of flower. Plants just had their first feeding past the 4 week mark. They’ve received the first feeding to include Plagrons green sensation (4ml per gallon) so I’ve cut back dramatically on my other nutrients just to get my solution in range. I’ll watch and change things up based on how they respond. One plant is showing more purple, but the second plant in starting to turn too- so we’ll just have to see.
Upped feed ..5 ml this week. Let an extra day pass between waterings- lots of sad yellow leaves. Good bounce back after watering. Plants are pleasantly purple, and still packing in the color.
Flower day 46. I don’t have a single complaint about these girls. They are showing me all the purple I could have hoped for. Feeding a gallon between the two every 2-3 days, with some light leaf loss on the lowers. Really impressed 🌱👊🏻
Flower day 54.
Looking forward to seeing how much more these girls chunk up. In a perfect world I’d be harvesting right around 12/1- so let us see how close I get.
Plants are responding well- upped light to 80%. Keeping feeding the same- as I have yet to see any consequences- other then missing a watering day.
Flower day 61! Aiming for 63 days of flower. Girls were watered yesterday with pure ph’ed water. They look beautiful and I can’t wait to give them a proper dry. Final looks coming in a few days
The most beautiful plants I’ve grown in a while. Perfectly purple and easy to grow. I look forward to a sample when they are dry enough. Happy to say I’m still sitting on another 2 seeds of this!
Both plants were taking down at 65 days of flower. Buds look well formed, even the lowers. Lots of trichomes. Heavy berry scent. I will have to give her a double check for any bud rot as she seemed to be a bit more susceptible to the humidity at the end.
