1/13/19 - Got Tangie tucked into her new big girl bed last night. Sheβs in an 8 gallon Current Culture solo bucket in clay pellets. I filled the bucket with 6.5 gallons of RO water and added 3ml UC Roots and 1.25ml Coco Cal.
I have some yellow tips on the first leaves from accidentally letting the rapid rooter get a little over saturated when in the seedling tray, but her new growth is very healthy!
1/15/19 - Tangie's roots are starting to make their way down the net basket! I have changed the position of the light to 41" above the baby canopy and changed light settings to R49 W49 B99
1/18/19 - Gave Tangie her first meal tonight. I'm using the Current Culture line of nutes and mixed 1/4 of the recommended strength. Happy munching, Tangie! π
I'm looking closer at my seedling and wondering if I am getting some early signs of lightburn. π£ I jacked the lights back up to 44" away from the seedlings, but that's quite a bit higher than the recommended 24-36" by California Lightworks.
1/20/19 - It was suggested to me that Tangie might have been hungry for a bit of magnesium, and since she was still looking a little pale, I added an additional 1/4 dose of just UC Roots and Coco Cal. She already looks much happier!
Great job! Even without the challenges that you had you really came through on this one in my opinion. Iβm going to switch over to ebb and flow for my next auto as you really can see a difference in the yield and quality.
Thanks for sharing
@blazin_skywalker, youβre a bad influence on me lol. I have a gorilla glue and an amnesia xxl autos that I went and topped this afternoon since reading yours. Truthfully I did it to my Moby Dick early on and the results have seemed pretty good so far.
@Silverback_Guerilla,There's nothing like enjoying the beauty of buds in their natural lighting. I felt like I was looking at her for the first time! π
This is a wonderful grow, well done π
But why is tangie purplish, isn't is supposed to be white ? I also have tangie she is in her 8th week and is frosty white lul π
@WiddieThePooh, Thank you! I think the biggest factor in the throw of color was the dramatic temperature fluctuations this poor plant endured. When I moved them into the basement to finish flowering, the day/night temperature swing was pretty substantial. This is just a theory though. βοΈ
What a yield truely awesome grow, great colours. Iβm growing 3 Tangieβmaticβs if I can get anything close to that per plant I will be amazed lol. Iβm hoping for 16 oz off 3 plants. Enjoy those flowers.
@DustyDuke, Thank you so much! Do you have a diary shared for them? I'd love to watch the grow! She's been curing for a couple of weeks now and oh my terpy word, what a beautiful smoke!!!

That is amazing. What was your average indoor temp? Also I am using 8 gal current culture now. I have light leaks in between the holes where the tubes are supposed to go through, it leaves a gap. Did you have any issues with that? I bought a linear air pump and I have a feeling that brought my indoor temp much higher , Iβm sitting at 84F from 80F now which is not good at all.
