Mimosa by Blimburn

🇩🇪 Moin meine Lieben Growfreunde, heute starte ich meinen neuen Grow, bei dem ich den Mimosa Strain von Blimburn Seeds ausprobiere. Er ist als reiner Sativa Strain mit THC Werten über 30%. Die Erde habe ich wie immer mit 80% LightMix von BioBizz, 5% Perlite und 15% UGRO Rhyzea vorgemischt und 4g/l BioGrow zugegeben, sowie eine Hand voll Dynamyco. Gegossen wird wie immer mit Regenwasser, welches ab und an mit einer kleinen Menge CalMag gemischt wird, um einem Mangel vorzubeugen. 🇺🇸 Hello, my dear grow friends, Today, I’m starting my new grow, where I’ll be trying out the Mimosa strain from Blimburn Seeds. It’s a pure Sativa strain with THC levels above 30%. As usual, I’ve mixed the soil with 80% LightMix from BioBizz, 5% perlite, and 15% UGRO Rhyzea, and added 4g/l BioGrow, along with a handful of Dynamyco. I’ll be watering with rainwater, occasionally mixed with a small amount of CalMag to prevent any deficiencies. 🇪🇸

🇩🇪 Moin. Wie schon letzte Woche zu erkennen, sehen einige Blätter etwas ungewohnt aus, habe ich so noch nicht gesehen. Ich werde es weiter beobachten. Ansonsten sieht alles gut aus. Ich hatte ein paar Thripse im Zelt, weshalb ich Gelbtafeln aufgestellt habe. Gegossen wird alle paar Tage, wenn das Substrat trocken aussieht. 🇺🇸 Hey, As noticed last week, some of the leaves look a bit unusual, something I haven’t seen before. I’ll keep an eye on it. Other than that, everything looks good. I had a few thrips in the tent, so I set up yellow sticky traps. 🇩🇪 So langsam bekomme ich eine Ahnung, weshalb der Strain Mimosa heißt, denn nach dem LST von letzter hat sie für ein paar Tage das Wachstum komplett eingestellt. Vor allem sind die Seitenteilen nicht weiter gewachsen. Es hat 4 Tage gedauert, bis das Wachstum wieder erkennbar war. Eben ne richtige Mimose. Heute habe ich das erste Mal mit Enhancer gegossen. 🇺🇸 I’m slowly starting to get an idea of why the strain is called Mimosa. After the LST last week, it completely stopped growing for a few days. The side shoots, in particular, didn’t grow at all. It took 4 days before growth was noticeable again. Truly living up to its name. Today, I watered with Enhancer for the first time. 🇪🇸 Poco a poco empiezo a entender por qué esta variedad se llama Mimosa. Después del LST de la semana pasada, dejó de crecer por completo durante unos días. Especialmente los brotes laterales no crecieron en absoluto. Tardó 4 días en volver a mostrar crecimiento. 🇩🇪 Nachdem ich letzte Woche festgestellt habe, dass der Stress vom LST zum wachstumsstopp führt, versuche ich jetzt die Triebe deutlich vorsichtiger zu behandeln und eher mehrfach pro Tag immer ein bisschen zu biegen, anstatt einmal radikal runter zu binden. Scheint sich auszuzahlen. Auch das öffnen des Zelts gefällt ihr nicht und es ist zu merken, dass sie deutlich besser wächst, wenn das Zelt zu bleibt. 🇺🇸 After noticing last week that the stress from LST leads to growth stoppage, I’m now trying to handle the shoots much more carefully and bend them a little several times a day instead of tying them down radically all at once. This seems to be paying off. She also doesn’t seem to like the tent being opened, and it’s clear that she grows noticeably better when the tent remains closed. 🇪🇸 Después de darme cuenta la semana pasada de que el estrés del LST detiene el crecimiento, ahora intento manejar los brotes con mucho más cuidado y doblarlos un poco varias veces al día en lugar de atarlos de manera radical de una sola vez. 🇩🇪 Mittlerweile ist das Zelt gut ausgefüllt, sodass ich nächste Woche in die Blüte gehen und ein Netz einziehen kann. Alles sieht gesund aus, nur ist die Mimosa wirklich nicht einfach zufrieden zu stellen. Hatte die Tage eine leichte Ph Abweichung um 0,1/0,2 und Zack, zwei Tage nicht gewachsen… 🇺🇸 The tent is now pretty well filled, so I’ll switch to flowering next week and set up a net. Everything looks healthy, but the Mimosa is really not easy to please. 🇩🇪 Alles sieht gesund aus. Die Mimosa fängt seit ein paar Tagen an richtig schön frostig zu werden. Ich muss aber sagen, dass ich noch nie eine vergleichbare Pflanze hatte. Für mein Auge eine sehr ungewöhnliche Budstruktur. Ich bin gespannt. 🇺🇸 Everything looks healthy. The Mimosa has been starting to get beautifully frosty over the past few days. 🇩🇪 Zum trocknen habe ich die Pflanze in drei Teile geteilt und sie leicht vorgetrimmt (Fanleafs ab) an Kleiderbügeln im Zelt aufgehangen. 13 Tage bei 62% Luftfeuchtigkeit und 23 Grad 🇺🇸 To dry, I divided the plant into three parts and lightly pre-trimmed it (removing fan leaves), then hung it on hangers in the tent. It dried for 13 days at 62% humidity and 23°C. 🇪🇸 Para secar, dividí la planta en tres partes y la pre-podé ligeramente (eliminando las hojas grandes), luego la colgué en perchas en la tienda.
