PotRul Quick germination after 24 hours. I put it directly into the soil and cover it with a bit of soil. I take a small glass and make 2 holes at the bottom for air circulation. The light is set to 18 hours at 40% power.

PotRul Started bending LST side shoots with plant clips. My brother saw it with my other plants and thought about it, since I was on vacation for the week there's only one picture.

PotRul Right on time for week 3, I gave the beautiful lady a lollipop. I started from the bottom and worked my way up. At the top, I left the first 3-4 nodes. I hope the before and after effect can be seen in the pictures. Since I'm a beginner, I didn't fully trust myself and preferred to leave more on.

PotRul It currently looks very frosty and the plant just looks beautiful. The pink shimmer is getting more pronounced, and I did a bit of LST this week since the lower buds weren't really getting any light. Just tied them back and forth with some kitchen twine. I'm really excited about it.

PotRul 03.11.2024
Today is flower day 49 and I can hardly wait for the last 2 weeks. The plant is developing super in my opinion for my first indoor grow. I definitely need to water her more often, about every 3 days. The buds are getting fatter and are shimmering slightly purple and pink. The leaves are also starting to slowly discolor from the outside in. Some leaves that had turned yellow I was able to just remove by hand. A few leaves are getting brown/bronze round spots. I rule out any disease. I just have no experience whether it's too much or too little nutrients.
Since I'm growing 3 different strains at the same time, I added a picture so you can match the buds in the pictures.
The smell is so nice now that I look forward to seeing my ladies every morning. Since I don't have a tent, I ventilate several times a day to keep the humidity between 48-53%.
I just noticed that I'm the first one to grow Cherry Pie on growdiaries. I can recommend it to all of you! The plant is very easy to care for and grows by itself! This won't be the last time I grow Cherry Pie!
Side note: My watering can is 2L and I fertilize as described above not for 1L but for 2L for the calculation.
If you have any tips on what else I could document, I would be very grateful.

Update: I added a few more photos after I watered and fertilized her again today. More purple leaves are appearing daily.

Flowering day 57 and what can I say, it still looks very frosty. I've already seen a few brown trichomes on the leaves with the magnifying glass, but not on the buds yet. One bud is changing color beautifully. It's not just purple anymore, but also red. It's nice to look at! For my first indoor grow, I'm really excited to see what happens at the end. Now it's time to wait and be patient.
Since I was fertilizing according to the Biobizz schedule, I fertilized for the last time last week. This week I'll just give water and flush the soil a bit.
Unfortunately, I couldn't take any pictures with the magnifying glass and I've ordered something that should arrive tomorrow. If it’s any good, I'll share the pictures later.
If a lot more happens in the next few days, I'll just update here.

Flowering day 65 and the lady is looking very autumnal, very beautiful, and it's such a shame that it's slowly coming to an end. I check the trichomes every day. So far, a lot of them are clear and white, and I can already see a few brown ones too. I think I will harvest her in the next 2-5 days. The leaves are turning all shades of yellow and red, as well as purple and pink. Really a great plant! For my first indoor grow, I hope I won't mess it up yet. The fan is still running 24 hours a day.
I only gave her water last time on Saturday. She's not drinking as much as usual anymore, because today she would actually want water again.
Unfortunately, I only have a magnifying glass and can't take pictures with it, otherwise I would have uploaded the trichomes a long time ago. The attachment for the phone I ordered unfortunately didn't work. I need to keep looking for something suitable.
Update: In the evening, she was totally thirsty! The weird thing is, when I checked in the morning, she was still quite moist. By evening, she looked dried out! Maybe I was just too high 😂

Flowering day 74 and no, she’s not ready yet. I’m not really sure if she feels so comfortable that she just doesn’t want to 😕🏽♂️. The leaves are getting quite dry in some areas. I hope that doesn’t harm the plants. Sugar leaves are getting more brown trichomes. The terpenes are coming out more and turning brown the next day. The trichomes on the buds have very few brown trichomes; I think she will need a few more days. The colors are very impressive; her name says it all: Cherry Pie! Red, purple, brown, yellow, it’s got it all!
Today, the lady was watered since she was dry again.
I think the harvest will be in the next 3-4 days.
Hope you enjoyed the diary!

Flowering Day 77 and a beautiful plant is coming to its end in a very autumnal way. Great colors! It truly lives up to its name. Red, yellow, green, brown, purple, pink—almost all autumn colors are present! I have to say I had a lot of fun growing it! The only thing this plant needs from the start is CalMag! Otherwise, this plant can handle a lot and is very robust! Lollipopping and LST were no problem. Feeding was also not an issue. I would recommend all of you to grow this plant! You won't regret it!
The trichomes on the buds were about 10%, and I wanted to try it this way this time. Next time, I want them to be a bit more brown.
I hung it up in the bathroom and monitor the humidity and temperature there, as you can see. I think I will remove a few branches and hang them back up so nothing molds.
Personally, I learned a lot with my first indoor grow. I'm looking forward to the smoking experience to share it with you.
A grow is also possible without a tent if necessary. I decided against it because I just find the ladies so beautiful. Instead, I grew in the gaming/office room with a swivel fan and always checked the temperature and humidity, adjusting as needed by ventilating the room.
I hope you enjoyed my diary.
Smoke Review:
Cherry Pie is a flavor explosion! It tastes sweet like berries on the exhale and has a light floral taste when inhaling! It smells very sweet like flowers and berries. You feel motivated and simultaneously energized. These are the first smoking experiences; I will, of course, update it from time to time. That was my first impression. It's been in the jar for 14 days now, and I open the lid daily for 15 minutes. I have a Boveda pack with 58% in each jar.
Cooler grow! The cherrypie really looks delicious. I'm curious about how it smells and tastes later? I once had a cross with a cherrypie and thought the result was just amazing :=)
@YourLocalGrowmie, thanks for that ;) so the smoke review will be up this weekend. The scent during flowering is more sweet and floral. The first smoke yesterday was definitely sweet and berry-like. I hope I could help ;)
@Krisis, I'm starting to understand a little bit here. I'll try to take a few more pictures on Sunday. The problem is usually the images are too big and I am forced to take a screenshot of the image.
