Damonkey I received an awesome package courtesy of Barney’s Farm this week and here’s part 1 from that package✌️🏻😬✌️🏻 Phantom O.G inna da yard. So into water for germination to begin....... week 1 Seeds sprouted together on the same day now we start to move.😬

Damonkey So here we go with week 2, ting start a get spooky inna da nursery😉👻. All the babies are doing well and seem to be making a decent start. A light nute mix was added this week. 1 day of nutes before first pictures taken. More pictures to follow in the next few days as tent is emptied and readied for the Phantom and the Orange.

Damonkey Very happy with the progress so far great vigorous growth in the early veg stage hopefully will see this the whole way through the grow. My flowering tent will be ready to receive the new flock by the weekend so the girls will be able to finish their veg below a much healthier spectrum. The phantoms will possibly be ‘FIMed’ at the end of the week, her Orange sisters will be topped. The stems are fattening up really quickly on all plants. Their growth seems to be rapid and lush, I hope I can keep this up all the way through. Anyway the Hydrotops Bactivator seems to be doing it’s job. I’m quite shocked at the speed of the developing plants. I think if I flipped them to 12/12 tomorrow they would do well at harvest. As it goes I think I’ll flip the light schedule on the four weeks of veg mark giving them a few extra days to bulk out a little more under a much more intense light set up. Tomorrow we move to the flowering tent to finish vegetation.

Damonkey Into week 4 and into the flowering tent to finish off veg. Will be re-potted at the end of the week and possibly flipped to 12/12 very shortly after that. Things looking great anyway. Hydrotops rocks!!! Update- first hit of Hydrotops ‘THC’ given this week.

Damonkey So the repot occurs without incident😳 it’s a bit of a paranoia trip, needles to say I guess, I live in an place where it’s not okay yet to do as we do. Space is the problem, private space free from prying eyes😩😩😂😂. Ah anyway all is good and I guess all looks good. I very rarely get to see theroot zone at this stage I’d normally if possible plant straight into large pots (to avoid the possibility of being found out during the repot😂😂). I’m really happy with how they’re looking but that’s me and hey I don’t really know the norm. Anyway I’m trying to work on decent root zones for the girls so they thrive, any thoughts on how they’re developing? Anybody? I’d love it if somebody comes back and tells me “yeah awesome man!!!” But if they’re just average Please let me know, it’s something I’m really trying to work on and would love to know if the Hydrotops Trio really are doing their job with populating my root zone with millions of helpful little beasts. As I say for me all is looking good. Repot and slight defoliatio, just removed a few leaves that were blocking new growth sites and cleared round the bottom a little. Within the next week I’ll be flipping To 12/12 actually any day now, will see how the plants take to their new situation then start easing them into a 12 hour photo period. Started adding Hydrotops ‘THC’ to the mix, this will probably be for the next four weeks then I’ll switch it with ‘Triple F’.

Damonkey So hopefully the last week of veg. The plants all took well to their new beds and have been eased into a 12/12 light schedule. For this grow the flowering nutes I’ll use will include just about the whole range of advanced supplements. I’m eager to see what they can do and weather or not I need them. I know they’re an expensive option but this isn’t about profit it’s truly for the love. I’m already convinced with budfactor x and voodoo juice those two seem to have definite strong effects. The fact that I don’t really have to mess about with ph levels is quite a bonus for me too especially when we’re talking a large volumes, it can become quite tricky and always leaves me wide open to be discovered doing whT I’m doing😳😂

Damonkey All looking well, first signs of flowering start and so does the flowering nute schedule. I’m very happy with all the girls and how they’re taking to their roles in life, vigorous growth all round. There are diffs between those under hps and those under led (I explain my views more in the Orange Sherbert diary I’m doing). So I too have started with a whole lot of new nutes (for me to use that is) I’m looking forward to seeing if they live up to their promises, I have been really happy with AN so far and do believe they’ve performed for me to date. I’ve stepped up the hps to the 750W setting so those below it march into flower under a higher intensity light level. I’m not completely sure when I should try to step it up to 825W, I was figuring probably the last 3 or 4 weeks of growth. There are more comments about this week on my Orange Sherbert diary.

Damonkey Lots of differences showing between plants now. Those beneath LED are definitely maturing at a more rapid rate than the others, the flowers of the plants that are under the HPS but fall under the Rays of the LED. Also seem to be maturing at the same rate as the LED plants. Truly is looking great in there I love the changes and how quickly they come about I’m interested to see how the Gavita performs later in the grow, they’re definitely strong looking but as I say, a little slower with development.

Damonkey So the video shows lights going out at the end of week 2 in the bloom phase. The phantom are developing a little faster than the Sherbert. And likewise those below led are developing faster than those below HPS. Everything looking healthy and growing to plan, well even quicker than that, hopefully week three will bring the spreading of buds and sites and the onset of trichome covering😍😍😍 Update-

Damonkey Going into week 4 on a strong note. Everything looking as good as or better than hoped. ThePhantom OG is such a quick developer and doesn’t take long before she’s covered in flowers, those flowers are now beginning to swell and give off the sweetest subtle smells, They are also looking like they will produce nice frosty buds, there’s a nice covering of trichome over all flower sites and sugar leaves forming seem to be swamped already😍😍😍.onwards and upwards.... temperature again in the safe zone. Tings fattening up nicely now and the plants below HPs also starting to show out

Damonkey Phantom OG really has one of the best aromas in early flower really fresh and sweet. Fast flowering too, 3 of 4 look like they’ll possibly be harvested at 8 weeks the other possibly at 9 or 10. If I had left the girls to veg longer they would have been huge, too big for my set up, as they are, they’re sweet. But anyway, whatever I take from this you can guaranteed that at least double the yeild would be possible with space and a longer veg prriod. And yeH that smell, my dog won’t leave me alone after I’ve been brushing past them, her nose glued tightly to my arm where its made contact with the POG buds😂😂😂😍😍

Damonkey So, starting the 6th week of flower with the phantom OG. BIg Bud has been stopped and has passed over the baton to Bloombastic for the last two weeks(ish) before flush. The POG. Are looking nice hopefully the next 3 or 4 weeks will get them looking a bit better than that.😍😍😍 The smell is awesome very fresh and clean, one leaning towards a minty aroma.

Damonkey Smelling fantastic the buds are looking great too and are very densely packed. Will start to flush at the end of the week. Plants really pushing out now for the last stretch and are just about to go on a diet.

Damonkey Well a couple of the plants looking terrible although what lurks beneath is looking better than great. The smells coming from each of the plants are fantastic but different. I’d say they’ll all have very different tastes when smoked, it’s good for me, I like variety🤤🤤🤤, all have the same undertone though kind of a minty Kush fresh smell. I used winter frost for the first time on this grow. Although I am shocked at how fast the plants faded they have indeed gained a lot of weight in flower. I’m unsure wether they should fade that quickly I had followed the instructions well, and actually underdosed on all occasions it was administered, anyway quite a few of the leaves seemed to just about die but like I say beneath the buds are growing and looking great, the oil production does seem to have increased quite a bit too. So harvest is upon us the plants have another 5-7 days left of flush then will meet their maker. It’s been a great plant to grow, fast and healthy the whole way and again that smell 😬😬😬😬 Update... I’d decided to take the plants down today hiwever the budsstill seem to be fattening up and gaining weight soooo.... while they’re happy to increase their mass im happy to pay their rent. Give the flush a few more days me tink.

Damonkey Flushing a few days more and harvest will happen in this week.. the buds look great. Super dense and hard /heavy. I’m unsure of winter frost at the moment, it truly does run your plants down to the bottom. Buds do seem to have enlarged somewhat but the proof should hopefully be in the taste of the final product. Happy growing Phantom OG and the aroma once again is just outstanding 🤤🤤🤤

Damonkey Not finished with the harvest yet will update when I’ve done a second trim on everything and weighed in. The pics so far just a branch from each plant. 3 slightly different phenotypes. The buds I’d swear have a pinkish hue. Very strange colour came through in the end almost has a purple look about it. Very happy with results and yield. The yeild could be much bigger given space and time for veg but for my needs This was an awesome grow. Really nice sticky hard buds on the most. One of the Phenotypes was a bigger yield and much tighter fatter buds but all look great.✌️🏻 I should also say a big thank you to Barney’s for providing free seeds for this grow. It’s a pleasure growing your girls. So smoking this stuff properly tonight, yeah it’s good. Very heavy warm stoned feeling after a few spliffs.. my tolerance is quite high but this stuff has rocked my night. Really pleased with the results after curing for a few weeks I think I found a new favourite🤤🤤😂😂well until the next one. The buds are nice and dense and really have a nice firm feel to them. They also had a fairly decent covering of trichomes that sit in the herb well, it’s surprisingly smooth to say it’s not cured yet. It’s gonna be beautiful stuff oh yass yass yass. Update/ getting super tight now, it’s going to be very difficult to keep my hands off it for too long🤤😂 So a friend came around to see me yesterday. I let him have a good smoke of Phantom OG. He left with both fists clenched and thumbs pointing skyward. This cannabis really is top class, and really does have medicinal value. I’d say it’ll make a great stress killer for anyone I think it’ll quash any anxiety issues going on as well✌️🏻😌✌️🏻
