GrowURownMedical New year, new grow.
For this run I started it using a light mix soil and add a touch of wormcasting, perlite, a balanced top dress with Silica plus a touch of Mykos for the root development.
The idea is to keep this little girl as long as posible on this cell pots until transplant it.
The germination at the paper towel was very vigorous, very nice long hairy tap root and seedling was already out of the shell. All in 60 hours at 22ºC.
I´m going to give around 200-250 PPFD at start till she need more.

Slurricane characteristics of Advanced Seeds:

Indoor flowering: 55-60 days
Slurricane is a variety of Indica predominance and great fame in the United States, it is a high power hybrid （reaches 28% levels of THC） formed from two genetics that alone have been in the top worldwide. The genetics that Slurricane form produce huge amounts of resin and are the well-known do-si-dos and purple punch, the latter transmits the aromas to the crossing providing sweetness and flavors to fruits of the forest and berries. Slurricane has a flowering indoor 55-60 days and can be harvested outdoors the first half of October obtaining individuals up to 2.5 meters high and great beauty.

Doing good so far, she´s one of the tallest. Now she can start up-taking the nutrients provided to the soil with the amendments of the mix.
What interests me most about this mix is Silica contribution from the amendment of Silicum Flash by Bio Tabs. I usually give silica to my plants but always through diatomaceous earth. Let's see results.
Watered once from the bottom, 100 ml.

Recovering from transplant.
Transplanted on day 21. I prepared a mix os reused soil with amendments, perlite, wormcastings and some Mykos.
Roots was nicely extended. I added a bit more of Mykos at the transplantation hole.
Watered at the beginning of the week with 100ml at PH 6.3, 750ml with a bit of aminos from top and bottom at PH 6.5 on day 21.

Huge development this week, a little beast.
At the middle of the week I did a top dress focused in the next weeks, 1 more week of veg and then flip to flower. On this next week I would like to top a few more bud sites but it depends on development of the next days.
She was watered 2 times, 1L with top dress and today 500 ml.

This week went well except little symptoms on leafs, looking like nutrient burn but really is Potassium deficiency due to a slight over-watering past week. Even so she developed a nice structure to work with for the stretching stage ( flip to flower tomorrow ). At the beginning of the week I topped her 4 upper tops and today some training, just some LST remove some leafs and shave the lower part, giving so better airflow and light penetration. The tent overall canopy looks pretty even.
Watered once 500 ml with amino.

GrowURownMedical Day 7 of stretching stage/pre-flowering.
Looking great, this week went smooth, nice structure for a short veg time, very strong growth. Let see how it goes. I just removed a couple of leafs that were hiding some shoots.
The tent is getting bushy, at day 21 it will be done a big defoliation since then I´ll remove only couple of leafs if needed.
Watered 2 times 850ml and 1L, it seems she need it every 3 days.
Tomorrow I will rise the PPFD, canopy still pretty even.

Smooth week with a very nice stretch, she has a beautiful canopy with those shoots. The tent is a bit messy, defoliation will be really needed at day 21. The smell in the tent is subtle but very sweet and pleasant. Every day adjusting LED height to keep it in a sweet spot. Just today I watered with a flowering top dress to prepare the soil for the 4th+ weeks.
Watered today with 1.25L and 2 more times during the week with 1L with a bit of amino.

Well...easy week, just watered when needed and finally at day 19 I had to do the defoliation, this time a went a bit far than usually as well with lollipopping. More or less applied an Kyle Kushman technique.
Flowers starts to show up.

Good week without issues, she recovered well and quick from the big defoliation and lollipop. She stretched a bit more this week. Flowers development goes well also there is a small trichomes production and the stacking looks good. 2 days ago I removed a few leafs.
Watered 2 times, once with 1.5L of water and 2 days ago 1.5L of compost tea.

Not a bad week. Her development is quite good, buds start to stack a bit with a long spacing. I did a top dress for the flowering weeks ahead. Trichome production is on and but smell is still subtile. Yesterday I defoliate her, just " unnecessary " leafs.

This week went well for this girl, just a bit over watered, some leaf tips look like burned but is over watering, it remembers me when I was a kid and my father was teaching me gardening. There was a plant I always over watered and symptoms was identical. The development is still good but maybe slowed down a bit, stacking nicely and flowers are shaping nicely. The smell start to be more consistent. Some pistils starts to change color.
Watered 2 times, 1.8L and 1L.

Good week and nice changes too. Development was great, swelling up stage kicked in. Flowers are staking pretty good creating some nice colas and the aroma have increased as well the amount of trichomes.
Watered 3 times, 1L, 1.25L with a touch of amino plus enzymes and 1.25L with a bit of molasses.

Great week for this girl with some changes. Flowers have increased in size and weight it can be seen because colas are leaning a bit now but the silica provided with BioTabs did a great job helping her to create sturdy branches. She maybe had a lack of magnesium and a bit of wind stress due to one of the fans. I dimmed down a bit the light.
Watered 3 times, 1.25L, 1.5L and 1L.
I let a pic from some new strains and others very known for my next run.

Shes getting closer to the finish line.... So... good and easy week, just watered when needed. Flowers have changed significantly this week and gained some good weight too, colas starts to bounce around. The aroma is great, more like forest fruits and sweet.
I´ll start to drop the frequency of watering and the amount of water, at this stage a water stress will help a bit with trichomes.
Watered 4 times 1.5L with a bit of enzymes twice.

Easy week...just watering when she need it but dropping amount and frequency. Beautiful ending, flowers look great! more chunky and dense. I´ve checked trichomes and they are milky with some amber on sugar leafs and bud.

@Mia_BIOTABS, checked today, the toasted caramel with earthy nuances comes from apple fritter, shes loud! so Slurricane gives me a very sweet smell that match and I get some fruity kick but is something like grapes. I checked specs from the seed bank and it is ok, only missing berries nuances....will come later.
