Stage is set for the second run of the Zkittlez by msnl. First batch was OP and nothing short of premo. This batch will be under the new light😎🤩🤩😎. She will also be ending in the new 7 gallon pots.🤗 She has a sister plant ( Gelato OG from seedsman ) that I'm not doing a diary on. I will be collecting 4 clones from her as to breed with. She will be main-lined to 8 colas. This going to be a fun grow, super easy plant to grow, aroma & flavor are mouth watering sweet and sour, good potency, & quick flower time. More powerful veg light as well to help this girl get big. And as always Organic. I mixed a little somthing in the soil to boost rooting system.
Into the second week and she is coming along. I will be veging her out to 10 weeks to get some good clones. Her ppm is around 260 of macro & micros and 50-60 ppm of humic acid and inoculant. 100%coco. I'm using a mix of Xtreme Gardening Mycos & Great White Myccroriza, I used a 3 tsp spoon of each per gallon. This stuff makes a HUGE difference in nutrient uptake and overall growth.
She is bumping along. Nothing really new. I took her bottom branches on node 1. I'm going to be mainlined her out to 8 colas. Going to give her a 8 week veg before I put her into flower. Keeping ph between 5.8-6.0. No deficancys or issues.
I raised her ppm up to 500s. She was looking a little hungery. I began her training. Topped her at the 3rd node and took her 1st node branches. I'm leaving her 2nd node branches so I can take them as clones to breed with. She is bumping along though, no issues.
She is doing well. Started her mainline training. Took her bottom branches and made clones of them. No issues or deficancys. Just chugging along. Giving her 2 more weeks of veg/training before I transplant in to a 7 gallon for flower.
Her topping is complete, her transplant to her 7 gallon is done. I made a mix of 25% hydo clay stone and 75% coco. I mixed some mykos, azos, and great white into the mix along qith 4 tsp dry terp tea bloom powder. She still has 1-2 more weeks of veg/ training before I flip them. I put them in the flower tent with the bigger light on veg setting. All is well, no deficiancys or issues.
Flower Time...She is now on a 11.5 hour flower light cycle. She had a little ph issue with the transplant but didn't really effect her grow rate. It should equal out after the next feed. She is mainlined to 8 mains. The first run had a wood smell up until week 6 of flower and then pow! Super sour candy Terps. We will see with this run. No deficancys but has a minor ph issue. other wise ahead is good to go. I will be releasing her tie downs after her streach.
She is just getting water this week with some micros. Nothing really going on she is still streaching a little but it's coming to an end her next week. Bud sites are more defined and starting to build nicely. I'm going to do one last pruning before she goes to full flower mode.
On to the 3rd week of flower and she is going strong. She started sucking up cal-mag. I am running 75% coco coir & 25% hydrotone(clay pebbles) so she will need higher levels than running other soils and soilless. She is still a bit streachy but slowing down. I did the last of her defoliation. Started her on her flower feed. I'm going to ween her off Nitrogen slowly over the next 3-4 weeks ( each feed, lower levels till her 2 week flush). Fun times.
She is coming along nicely. She has a funky wet wood tinged with chemical/fuel smell. The first run was the same. It wont develop its candy like smell till about 3 weeks before she is ready to harvest. I pushed her ph to 6.2-6.3. No deficancys or issues. Amazing genetics. Stable and consistent thus far.
I switched over to vegamatrix for the last couple weeks of feeding. Then a good flush for 2 weeks. She is looking and smelling premoe. No deficancys or issues. I'm keeping the night temp down to help put some color on her. She is starting to put on weight. It's not till the last weeks she axualy fills out. Smells like sour candy. Her sister Gelato smells like orange juice so it's very pleasant aromas coming from the tent.
So now she is on to her flushing.she is getting her purple on as well. Smell is amazing, diesel and sour patch kids. Think I'll run her to day 60. Hopefully she will bulk up a little more. The first one didn't bulk up till the last 2 weeks so we will see.
On a 10 day count down. Night temp is about 67-68°F so she is putting out some pretty fapp colors in the bud, not so much on the leaves. They are staying green despite the flushing. Smell is on point Candy, Fuel, and a touch of herbs. She is just loading up on trichomes. Still short but I can tell those buds are dense, and she putting the last bit of weight on. Super impressed with MSNL there strains are quality and fast, discreet shipping (10 days to the us)
I wished I let her veg out more. I was just in a time crunch and had to move her to the flower tent a little earlier. Definatly can tell with the yeild out come. Non the less super easy strain to grow. Handles moderate levels of nutes. She started to get those fall colors at the end. Smell is awsome as well. Different than the first one. Her aroma is candy, diesel, and tropical fruit. Her effect is creeper and body stone, a little couch lock but if motivated, can definitely get up and move around. I took her at day 55 of flower. She ambered up fast as well. Breeder said 7-8 weeks and she hit it on the nose. She will definatly be back in rotation.
So I found a Nanner on her, i did the only logical thing, I took it off and opened it up and put the feminized pollon on a bud of the gelato og that still has 10 days before I harvest her. It should take 10-14 days to produce a seed that is mature enough.
