Hello! Welcome to this diary! Many thanks to Growdiaries, Zamnesia and Plagron for organizing this competition! And thank you for taking a look! Here is some info about the strain: Zamnesia Seeds - Runtz Feminized Genetics: Gelato x Zkittlez. 27% THC, 50% Indica, 50% Sativa. 8-9 weeks flowering time. Aroma and Flavor: Fruit and candy. Humulene, caryophyllene, and limonene dominate the mix. Effects: Powerful, euphoric, uplifted, and creative, without the paranoia and anxiety that sometimes come along with it. Germination (13-1 to 26-1) 13-1 Today i put the seed into a wet coffee filter into a Ziplock bag. I hang the bag in a dark and warm place so the seed can germinate. 14-1 44 hours later and the root is nice and long enough so i carefully put it inside a 0.5L pot filled with Plagron Lightmix. I watered with 15ml Spa Reine, and covered it with some plastic foil. 16-1 27 hours later and she is already rising above the ground! I removed the foil and turned on the 20W lamp, set to a distance of 10cm. After another 20 hours she is fully above ground and let go of her helmet! 19-1 Watering: 5 ml. 20-1 Watering: 15 ml. 21-1 Watering: 40 ml. 23-1 Watering: 20 ml. 26-1 Watering: 51 ml. Average temps and humidity germination period: 20.3 to 24 degrees. 49.3% to 69% humidity.

Week 6 (3-3 to 9-3) 3-3 Temps: 19.2 to 24.1 degrees Humidity: 44% to 66% So... The leaf problem is still there, and its getting even worse, it looks like the deficiency i noticed on the fan leaves is spreading. I fed her some nutrients last week but no positive progression. Things i notice: - The stems are turning purple - The ridges of the leaves are kinda curled upwards - Yellowing between leaf veins. To me it looks like a magnesium deficiency? 4-3 Temps: 19.5 to 24.1 degrees Humidity: 41% to 62% 5-3 Temps: 19.5 to 24.2 degrees Humidity: 38% to 65% Watering: 1000 ml. (Only calcium) 6-3 Temps: 19.2 to 23.8 degrees Humidity: 49% to 67% 7-3 Temps: 17.9 to 23.8 degrees Humidity: 56% to 75% 8-3 Temps: 17.5 to 22.1 degrees Humidity: 61% to 81% Watering: 1000 ml. I gave her another feed. It is looking worse, the overall colour of the plant is more light green. The leaves are taco'ing and there are some burnt tips. The intensity of the light is 50% with a distance of 55 cm. And the temps are not even that high too. 9-3 Temps: 17.1 to 21.9 degrees Humidity: 55% to 82% Installed the dehumidifier, as the humidity is getting high at lights off. The diary is a month behind but she is still not fully recovered. IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON PLEASE LET ME KNOW! 💚

@VanCplGrows, Hey thanks for checking out my diary, right now she is doing better! It looks like a magnesium and sulfur deficiency to me. I did replace my PH meter that time as i thought it was acting weird, but i'm not too sure if thats what caused it.

Were you able to sort out the nutrient deficiency? I've had similar issues so i'm curious to know how you made out. Foliar feeding with epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) and testing my runoff PPM's and pH were a huge help for me. Best wishes! 😊

Have fun with the Runtz too. I’ve grown her and she’s very delicious and has a good bag appeal however not the most potent one. Happy growing!

I think it's a lack of sulfur. It is also possible that fertilizers from different manufacturers may not be fully compatible.

@BomShiva, It indeed looks like a sulfur deficiency! Thanks for the comment!
