BLAZED Hello! Welcome to this diary! I chose this strain because i bought it a lot in the coffeeshop in 2018, nowadays the White Widow tastes nothing like how i remember it to be. So i decided to grow it myself. This will be my second time growing this strain, this is because the first one didn't go so great. I tried to change my grow style and tried to grow on coco using Autopots. I've decided to go back growing on soil with normal pots, maybe somewhere in the future i will give the Autopots another chance. There are some changes i will make tho! I've planned this grow ahead and this time i will do a SCROG in this big tent! I started growing in a small tent just big enough for one plant, using a rack i made my own SCROG construction to keep the plant as low as possible. This is consistently going great, so this time i challenge myself to make it happen in this bigger tent with 4 plants! The real challenge for me is that i want every pot to have its own SCROG rack attached so i can move the plants around if needed. That makes this idea more difficult then just placing one big SCROG rack/net. I will post some pictures of this project the further we go into this diary! Here is some info about the strain: White Widow Feminized - Green House Seed Company. Genetics: Brazilian x South Indian. 25.76% THC, 60% Indica, 40% Sativa. Flowering time: 8 Weeks. Aroma and Flavor: Combination of spicy, woody, sweet and earthy notes. Some phenotypes will express a more metallic note. The most expressed terpenes are Myrcene, α -Pinene and β-Caryophyllene. Effects: A relaxing indica feeling that turns into a bursting sativa high. Very complex and enjoyable, fast hit and long-lasting effect. Germination (13-1 to 26-1) 13-1 Today i put the seeds into a wet coffee filter into a Ziplock bag. I hang the bag in a dark and warm place so the seeds can germinate. 14-1 44 hours later and the roots are nice and long enough so i carefully put them inside a 0.5L pot filled with Plagron Lightmix. I watered with 15ml Spa Reine, and covered it with some plastic foil. 16-1 27 hours later and both are already rising above the ground! I removed the foil and turned on the 20W lamp, set to a distance of 10cm. After another 20 hours they are fully above ground and they let go of their helmets! 19-1 Watering #1: 10 ml. #2: 15 ml. 20-1 Watering: Both 15 ml. 21-1 Watering: Both 40 ml. 23-1 Watering: Both 40 ml. 26-1 Watering #1: 78 ml. #2: 71 ml. Average temps and humidity germination period: 20.3 to 24 degrees. 49.3% to 69% humidity.
