I watered both with dechlorinated water with root roids mixed into the water. They have had a good growth spurt over the past week. Once settled into the new pot I might start some training. BarneyRumble420 G'day growmies 👋🌱 This week has gone well both strains had gotten bushy as, so I defoliated this morning to promote more light to the future bud sites and get some more airflow. I amended the soil with bud and bloom organic dry amendment to prep for flower, as I might flip at the end of the week. The Cali crasher is going good with my first mainlining, she's getting abit wild now but I think she'll still do well. DC Kush has been great too. No problems here. This week the DC Kush has had some problems arise, as you can see in the photos she is really pale green/yellowish looking and has rust spots on her. Going to try see if I raise the pH in the soil abit and see if she comes good, incase it's lockout. and I'll also try giving magnesium and calcium incase it's a deficiency, all the other plants look good as you can see in the group picture at the end, I have done the same with all the plants the whole way through and the DC Kush is the only one like this, the Cali crasher is going great, super excited to see how she buds. I flipped to flower a few days ago now but didn't make the week a flowering week as there are no pistils yet. The cali crasher has been amazing with no problems at all so far, the dc kush was really sick for a while but as you can see in the top view pic that she is getting healthy colour come back in the new growth. I have been watering every day as they are becoming quite thirsty. I rubbed a sugar leaf on the dc kush and wow it is super pungent and kushy. Smells amazing. BarneyRumble420 G'day growmies 👋 Hope you are all well, Unfortunately last week I found that a plant i had growing from another seed company hermed in the tent and I have got a couple half formed seeds in each plant, I'm not too fussed because they're all only a couple weeks away from harvest so I don't think that there will be much seed getting around, the only worry is the cali crasher as she is much further behind in the flowering stage so I'll see how it goes but if it ends up getting way too many seeds I'll have to scrap that one Unfortunately, first time I've ever had a plant hermie on me. BarneyRumble420 This week we have come to an end for the Dc kush, I thought I would give the trichomes a check this morning and there was a fair few amber on each of the buds even on The lower buds so I Chopped her. I will hang it up to dry for 8-10 days, checking every couple of days to make sure it's not drying too fast as winter has set I here and the air is cold and dry. Really keen to try this smoke I think it will be a special one and a heavy hitter being kush and having all those ambers.
