All_our_small_plants Parents: Old Cheese X Blue Cheese Genetics: 100% Indica Flower Type: Photoperiod Flowering Time: 7-8 weeks THC: 22% Indoor Height: 100cm Yield Indoor: Up to 600g/m² Type: Feminized Watering: 100 ml pH Value: 5.8 EC Value: 0.2 Temperature: 20ºC Humidity: 68% Pest Control: PPFD: 200 µmol/m²/s DLI Fertilizers: Special Features: Planted directly into the soil in a coconut plug, we also planted 4 lentils as companion plants that bind nitrogen from the air and convert it into a form that plants can use. These will be removed after about 2 weeks. Day 0: We potted 4 new plants today, and we also received and set up our new grow tent. Now there are already four new pots inside with four seeds; let's see if the ladies all sprout. Day 1: Today they have germinated and are slowly rising. Since the soil is still moist, we don't need to water them yet. Day 3: So far, it looks good; the lentils are also in the mix :) Day 6: Today they received their first portion of Grow from Compo.

We bought a mobile air conditioner and want to vent the warm exhaust through a hose along with the exhaust hose from the fan out of the apartment with a hole through the wall, like the range hood in the kitchen. Do you think that cold air can flow back in during winter?

Hey growmie, the thing with folding the hose works in principle, but in winter, you can really get cold air coming back if you just run it through the wall like that. Especially when the fan is off. If you drill through like with a range hood, it's best to install a backdraft damper. It doesn't cost much, but it prevents cold air from coming in. Alternatively, a ventilation valve with a flap works too, or you can insulate the hose a bit, then the heat stays in better. Overall, good idea, but make sure to secure against drafts, otherwise, it’ll stress you out in winter.

Special notes: We added nematodes to the pots again today, as there are currently many fungus gnats, we think it’s due to the weather. -Day 79 Today we watered again with water and fertilizer, and added nematodes, it was really necessary as there are a lot of fungus gnats, but with the nematodes, it can be handled very quickly. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/t7WpWW3qNQ8 -Day 81 Today we only watered with water and removed a few old leaves. -Day 83 Today we watered with fertilizer, you can tell there are significantly fewer fungus gnats now that the nematodes have been in the soil for a few days.

All_our_small_plants Today is 02/07/2025 and it's Day 101 of the Triple Cheese. We have now harvested her, all the branches are carrying very beautiful buds and they smell very intensely of cheese 😁 -The only thing that unfortunately hurts us a lot is that one of the main branches, where the mutation is, the one we've shown in the pictures over and over again, unfortunately developed bud rot. We uploaded a few photos and a video where you can see it very clearly. This is probably because the large buds touched at that spot and no air got in. -The rest of the buds were, of course, also checked very thoroughly but no further mold was found. -We have a total of 414 grams of wet weight after trimming but still with the stems attached, now everything is hung in the tent and the humidity is driven down to below 52%. And checking for mold every day. -After the harvest, we pulled the root out with the entire root ball from the pot, as you can see in the photos and video, the roots were distributed throughout the entire pot. This gives the plant a solid base to grow.

Looks like a solid start! I find the idea of using lentils that bind nitrogen really exciting.

@Soph_Hoffmann_20, Thanks, yeah we've been doing that for a few grows and I think it really helps at the beginning.

The plants look really healthy – regular defoliation and LST are showing results! Great job, the structure looks promising for the flowering phase.

@Soph_Hoffmann_20, yeah I'm curious too, they switched to flowering 2 days ago, let's see what the stretch brings and then I'm excited for the buds.
