27.04 ◾ As usual, I soaked the seed in water overnight and then sealed it in moist absorbent cotton pads in airtight boxes.
28.04 ◾ One day later, the radicle had already developed and I was able to carefully plant the seed in the substrate in a coco jiffy with the root facing downwards for best results.
29.04 ◾ Day 1 - today the head was already visible - For the first few days it is under a SANlight Flex II with 200 PPFD in my plant cabinet, where I also have high humidity due to my plants that are below - now she gets a little root juice 2ml on1 liter tap water.
30.04 ◾ I transplanted the little one into a 1 liter pot filled with BioBizz light mix.
02.05 ◾Now that they have formed their first leaf, I place them in the small tent under the Viparspectra dimmed to 20%. I also have a humidifier running.

Schnabeldino _____📅 Week 2 | 📅 Day 8 - 14 | 06.05 - 12.05 ______
07.05.25 | Day 9 🌞💧
🔸The first one to three weeks of a grow are always the most exciting for me. There's so much happening, and at the same time, you constantly find yourself asking questions: Am I doing everything right? Is the light too strong or too weak? Am I giving too many nutrients? Too much water? Especially in the beginning, it's easy to feel unsure – but over time, you learn to better understand what your plants need.
I've become more relaxed when I see a leaf develop some spots or turn dry and crispy – it's part of the process. No plant is perfect. Just like us. And that’s perfectly okay. Plants are incredibly resilient and have one main goal: to reproduce.
🔸This week, I’m starting with nutrients. I’m following the recommended feeding schedule, but I’m beginning cautiously with only half the dosage for the base nutrients. Gradually, I’ll increase to around three-quarters. All plants will get the same dose for now so I can closely observe how each one reacts. 100 ml
🔸The A&B was the fastest right from the start, was the first to germinate, was the first to emerge from the ground and is now the largest with the most stable growth. She's definitely really up for it.
Current Conditions:

🌡️🌜= 18-19°
💨 Hum. = 70-80%
🔦 PPFD = 300 umol 18/6

I’m already looking forward to the weeks ahead – things are just getting interesting!

🔸A&B: Mrs. App-le-ot a.k.a Nemo is certainly doing great, she has beautiful and strong serrated leaves, she started very strong but the others pulled right away. It can continue to go so well, I am satisfied so far. The roots are also starting to show at the edge of the pot, I think next week I can repot her and start training...as always I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the girls.
🔸light increased to 400 PPFD
🔸each plant 200 ml water, i only watered them once last week and let's see how thirsty they are this week.

21.05.25 | Day 23 🌞💧
🔸Ay-ples and ba-nay-nays: shes doing very well but is growing a bit squat, I think I need to give it a little less light, but let's see how it behaves after topping. I have started to do some LST after topping end last week.
🔸light increased to 500 PPFD
🔸I repotted them today in an 18 liter plastic pot filled with BIO-Bizz light mix, and watered them with 1 liter of water.

Schnabeldino _____📅 Week 5 | 📅 Day 29 - 35 | 27.05 - 02.06 ______
27.05.25 | Day 29 🌞💧
🔸The ladies moved into the big tent on the 29th day after I had cleaned it and hung up my new lights.
🔸A&B is developing superbly, all branches are equally developed and grow evenly. She is doing wonderfully with the LST.
🔸I only work with hooks and occasionally with clips, but I've often broken branches with them so I prefer to use hooks hehe :D

09.06.25 | Day 42 🌞💧
🔸A&B: It grows and grows and grows...I'm super happy with it. Since the young Ladyx hatched from the seed, she has been growing superbly. She does the LST training with hooks wonderfully. It's not quite perfect because there's a small gap in the middle but that will get better. I think next week she will start flowering.
🔸It was a bit colder this week, but that didn't bother me or the plants.
🔸This week I watered them 2 x with 2000 ml

Schnabeldino _____📅 Week 7 | 📅 Day 43 - 49 | 10.06 - 16.06 ______________________________________
16.06.25 | Day 49🌞💧
🔸A&B: One of my favorites...one of the strongest and fastest right from the start. Has turned a very nice lush green and has a beautiful shape. Coped very well with the LST training and the hooks.
🔸I never actually do a big defoliation in the veggie phase, why would I do that? In my eyes it only has disadvantages, I can usually do most of the work with hooks and LST and just push the leaves back down every day, of course you have to remove some leaves, but the more leaves you remove and damage the plant the longer it takes to recover. It doesn't look nice and clean this way, but we want to get the maximum out of the plant.... we certainly hope so haha...
🔸The light has now been changed to 12/12 today...I'm really looking forward to the stretch.

Ay-ples and ba-nay-nays 😆
Good luck sis !
@MonyetDiablero, hahaha I had to google it first...I should have called the diary Ay-ples and ba-nay-nays. Thank you neighbor 😂😇🙌 - now I have the song in my head 😆😆
@Schnabeldino, hahahaha i hear that song the first thing in the morning for over a week now as my 4 years old daughter is singing that as soon she openes her eyes 😁
Thank you for making our Apple & Bananas 🍏🍌 the star of this grow diary!
