RakonGrow + Pantine is growing well and germinated in good time. Pantinchen, on the other side, is not doing so well. When I helped her out of the germination tray, the sprout broke off. RakonGrow + Welcome to the first week . LED time 24/7 . 150-200 PPFD My weekly tip for gardeners who are wondering how my cheap measuring devices for PH and EC values work. The PH device has a glass bulb with a liquid inside. It is important to always store these devices dry and upright. The measuring probe must not be allowed to dry out or react (avoid lying down and leaving solution residues). Then you must always work with distilled water. 50ml is sufficient. Please note the sequence : 1. first ( switched off) in the distilled water, 2. then hold in the nutrient solution 3. now switch on 3.1. wait 3.2. read off 4. and switch off before taking it out of the solution. 5. from the solution directly into the distilled water and swirl well. Then clean and dry with a kitchen towel. 6. dry it at the air for some minutes . 7. keep it always upright , dry and clean I calibrate my device (250ml distilled water with a powder solution) approx. every 6 months or when something becomes noticeable in the values. If you follow the procedure, it will work well with a measuring device in the 15 euro range. We don't really need any more laboratory technology in homegrow. Day 10: + Pantine (label on the right in the picture) ++ 1 litre of bottled water (EC 0.315) +++ BioEnhancer (Green House Feeding) +++ Rhizotonic (Canna) ++ PH 6.5 (Plagron PH- (phosphorus based)) ++ She is doing well and is making visible progress and looks dark green and has grown considerably larger. + Pantinchen (label on the left in the picture) ++ 1 litre of bottled water (EC 0.315) +++ BioEnhancer (Green House Feeding) +++ Rhizotonic (Canna) ++ PH 6.5 (Plagron PH- (phosphorus based)) ++ She has recovered from my nursing accident and is also on her way to unfolding. For the fact that I chopped off her head on day 4, she looks really recovered. Today, on day 10, I gave each 1 litre of bottled water with BioEnhancer (Green House Feeding) for the soil and Rhizotonic from Canna for the roots. May Gaja protect them both. Day 11: nothing special , just growing !! Day 12: Pantine make normal progress . Pantinchen is slowing down. Day 13: Pantine grows up to the hill . Pantinchen still slow in progress. Day 14: Both ladies are doing well and are behaving normally. Light change from 24/0 to 18/6
