GanjaGecko Both seeds were placed in a glass of water with Seedbooster from Plagron for 15/16 hours. After that, they went into a seedling pot with a dome to provide a somewhat optimal environment. A heating mat was also used for germination to ensure the highest possible germination rate. They were watered with about 40-50ml of BioEnhancer from GreenHouseFeeding.

GanjaGecko Week 1
For the first few days, they were under a SanlightQ1Wdim. Midway through the first week, they were moved into 12L fabric pots. The delicate ladies were carefully taken out of the seedling pot and placed into their final pot. The roots and the planting hole were sprinkled with some Dynomyco mycorrhiza and Great White mycorrhiza.
On the substrate mix of 60% BioBizz Lightmix and 40% coco with perlite, I added 1 teaspoon of Megaworm per liter of substrate.
The coco content for the automatics is about 40%. Due to the predetermined life cycle, faster root development is advantageous.
For nutrient supply, BioGrow from GreenHouse Feeding is in use. Once they go into flowering, there will be some BioBloom and as a flowering booster, Bat Guano will be added to the pot.
Of course, the ladies also get a few additives. You don’t want to leave everything to nature and chance.

The ladies have made a solid leap. On day 20, the first calyxes and their stigmas can be seen at the nodes.
That's why on day 20, the last liter of substrate was added to the pots. For flowering fertilizer, 30g of BioBloom from GreenHouseFeeding was mixed in. For soil improvement, there were 12 teaspoons of Megaworm, and as a flowering booster, 2 heaping teaspoons of BatGuano from Plagron were mixed in.

GanjaGecko WEEK 4/1F
The ladies are not only developing flowers but also stretching quite a bit. Both ladies have doubled in size this week. To stabilize them against too much wind, I provided a little support on the side. Both GrorillaCookies have adapted wonderfully to the direct sun without the protection of the mini greenhouse. By the end of the week, the weather was quite mixed, and unfortunately, there was a bit less sun and some rain. However, it’s supposed to be nice and sunny on Tuesday/Wednesday of next week 💪🏽
Watering is always done only as needed. With the rain at the end of the week, there wasn’t much need for watering.

GanjaGecko WEEK 5/2F
The two GorillaCookies are developing splendidly. Lady #1 is slightly taller. Both look super healthy and hopefully will yield well.
Unfortunately, the sun only showed up from Wednesday onwards. But when it did, it was strong. By now, both ladies have developed good side branches and are still stretching a bit.
Midweek, the GorillaCookies received a bag of predatory mites against thrips and a bag of predatory mites against spider mites hung on their branches. There was also one last application of neem oil with a tree sprayer to prevent powdery mildew, aphids, thrips, and all the nasty pests that harm the plant. The tip was left out because the flowering was already too advanced there. The neem oil was applied more to the leaves and branches.
On day 12F, two ladybug larvae were distributed among the ladies.
To the left of Lady #1 of the GorillaCookies is the Guava from the other report, and next to it is a Gelato, also from FastBuds. Even though they are different strains, all three are developing beautifully and homogeneously. It's nice to see.
Watering was done on day 31/10F, day 33/12F, day 34/13F, and day 35/14F. Each time 1L.

GanjaGecko WEEK 6/3F
D36/15F - D42/21F
The weather was a dream this week. It was 25-30°C, 10-14 hours of sunshine, hardly any clouds, and no rain. The ladies couldn't have asked for better. Lady#2 has gained some height and is now pretty much on par with Lady#1.
Unfortunately, Lady#2 is also a bit behind in flowering development. I would estimate that Lady#2 is about half a week to a maximum of a week behind. But in the outdoor area, that's not a big deal. Quite the opposite. If all the ladies finished at the same time outdoors, I wouldn't know where to dry them all. 😄
Watering was done on day 38/17F, day 39/18F, day 40/19F, and day 42/21F.
On those days, there was about 1L each.

GanjaGecko WEEK 7/4F // D43/22F - D49/28F
Considering that Lady#2 is a few days behind in flowering, she is now bigger than Lady#1 and definitely more stable regarding the side branches. Both ladies are going to be nicely full. The lower four side branches of each have been secured with binding wire to the pole in the middle so that the branches and thickening buds are somewhat supported in strong winds.
Watering took place on Day 43/22F, Day 44/23F, Day 45/24F, Day 48/27F, and Day 49/28F. Each time, there was about 1L-1.2L. The pots are lifted slightly before watering to estimate how much each lady needs.

GanjaGecko WEEK 8/5F // D50/29F - D56/35F
Lady#1 is totally in the flowering production. Lady#2 is now slowly at the point where she’s no longer growing and is focusing on flower growth. Both ladies are incredibly full and will be the ones from the outdoor ladies that bring the most yield. That's why in the next run, starting next week, there will again be two, hopefully three, GorillaCookies in the mix. Depending on how many seeds from the 3 GorillaCookies germinate: crossed_fingers:🏼.
The 38°C went by without a trace for both of them. They did need 1L once in the morning and then another 1L at noon, but the heat was no problem.
I think Lady#1 will be ready in about 2-3 weeks and Lady#2 in 3-4 weeks. If the plan goes well, the harvested ladies will be replaced by three new GorillaCookies among others.
Watering was done on Day 50/29F, Day 51/30F, Day 52/31F, Day 53/32F, Day 54/33F, Day 55/34F, and Day 56/35F.
On those days, there was about 1L-1.2L each time.
Nutrients were added every second watering.
BioEnhancer was given on Day 55/34F.

GanjaGecko WEEK 9/6F // D57/36F - D63/42F
This week there wasn't much to do. Both ladies are developing beautifully and forming gorgeous buds. On Thursday evening, the ladies were brought inside for the weekend and placed in front of the south window. I didn't want to expose them to 3 days of continuous rain just before the harvest 😄
Watering was done on day 57/36F, day 59/38F, day 61/40F, and day 63/42F. On those days, there was about 1L-1.2L each time. Nutrients were added every second watering.

GanjaGecko WEEK 10/7F // D64/43F - D70/49F
Lady#1 could have theoretically been hung up to dry by the end of this week. Since Lady#2 takes a few days longer, which is totally fine because she definitely carries about 10g more dry weight, both ladies will be hung up to dry at the end of next week. Besides that, there was no space left for drying 😄 The two ladies spent most of the week inside by the window with two fans providing circulation. I didn't want to expose the ladies to unnecessary moisture in the buds right before harvest. When the weather was good, the ladies went outside, of course. On Sunday, the last day of week 10/7F, they went back inside because rain is completely forecasted for Monday and Tuesday. May the ladies continue to ripen nicely and plump up 💚
Watering was done on day 65/44F, day 67/46F, and day 69/48F. On those days, they received about 1L-1.2L each. Fertilizer was added every second watering.

GanjaGecko WEEK 11/8F // D71/50F - D77/56F
Since it rained completely until Wednesday this week, both ladies were indoors in front of the south window during week 11/8. This doesn't matter with continuous rain. I just had some bad memories from last year's rainy season. Last year, I had to throw away about 6-8 plants because they were covered in powdery mildew and mold from the constant rain. So, I didn't want to take any risks with a week of continuous rain and wanted to protect the already very dense buds from the heavy rain. It would be a shame for the almost finished ladies.
Lady#1 last received water on day 70/49F.
Lady#2 was also well watered on day 70/49F and got water again after the vacation on day 76/55F. Lady#1 will go back out in the sun for a few days. I think Lady#1 still needs about a week. It's a bit unfortunate that due to the week of rain, no sun reached the thickening buds, and as a result, the buds probably won't get much thicker since they are already starting to ripen.
Lady#1 was hung to dry in a box with a PC fan on day 76/55F. From experience, it takes about 7 days in the boxes until the ladies are ready for the jars.
Lady#1 was watered on day 76/55F.
On that day, it received about 1L-1.2L.

GanjaGecko WEEK 12/9F // D78/57F - D84/63F
Unfortunately, the second GorillaCookies didn't develop as thick buds as GorillaCookies#1. During the time when the buds would have been swelling, there was a week of rain and no sun, so the buds unfortunately didn't gain much mass. Despite the week before last without sun, quite stable dense buds have developed.
Lady#2 was only watered on day 80/59F. With rain, which was quite present this week as well, the lady was brought inside repeatedly in her last week to avoid mold formation in the buds in the last days, just before hanging them up to dry.
Yesterday on day 83/62F, Lady#2 was also hung up to dry in the box after a wet trim, now that GorillaCookies#1 has landed in the jar to cure.

GanjaGecko Lady#2 wasn't watered anymore this week and has dried out in the pot so it wouldn't be packed with water when hung to dry. It stood in front of the window inside during the week of continuous rain, as a week of rain definitely wouldn't have contributed positively to the final result. So, a fan was used to create some airflow, and the first of two GorillaCookies could start to mature a bit. After a proper wet trim for the individual branches, they went into the box with a PC fan to dry. Given the size and density of the buds, I expect it to take about 7-8 days before they go into the jars.
Lady#1 went into the now free drying box a week later, when GorillaCookies#2 went into the jars, and hung out comfortably.
@GanjaGecko, yeah, it's like we might have the identical one ^^ 😀 By the way, we got a mix pack from Fast Buds and let 2 germinate. But something big has obviously grown. For an auto, it's quite impressive 😄😎👊💪🌱💚
Unfortunately, the Purple brought some ants from the garden grrr. They need to be treated with SF nematodes first, and then it's off to the tent for the rest of the time. We're done with pests and insects this year 😉 Cheers ✌️
@Stony_German, No, we dry the buds for smoking. Since we can only set up the two 60x60 tents in the apartment, the outdoor ladies are meant to compensate. At the beginning of July, another photoperiod lady will be sent into the race. HomeGrowTV had a strain in the outdoor area before the greenhouse. This strain showed zero signs of powdery mildew or mold for them in Colombia. He mentioned that they usually have problems with that due to the location. This will be the Zmackdaun. I'm super excited. With the automatics and the Zmackdaun in a 20L pot and about 6-8 weeks of growth, winter could be secured. My CottonCandyKush, of which I had an outdoor in a 20L pot, was completely eaten away by powdery mildew over time. It was quite big and would have lasted a long time. But unfortunately, like many automatics, it ended up in the trash.
@SpliffyRand, just for the first few days until the ladies have two somewhat decent leaves. Then they'll be carefully transplanted into the final pots in the first week and will go on the balcony for about 3 weeks in a small greenhouse.
Wow, we are growing the same strain, it's so absurd to think that a few parameters can radically change the growth of a plant, it's always a thrill when I see certain things 🍯❤️
