bauergrows New popped sister joined the family

bauergrows This week the plants have experienced a big stress. Topping right before a heat weave wasn't a perfect idea, especially when gotten a sudden thrips and miner's attack. Plants are showing off now their strength and resilience.

bauergrows Transplanted to 56L pot (no till soil), outdoor. Bot phenos are quite different (a more sativa-like one and a bushy one). Both were topped.

bauergrows Looking healthy and growing fast now that HST finished. Added 5 Bio Tabs to the soil since is no-till (56L) and watered with Effective Micro-organisms.

bauergrows Growing healthy and fast. A few burned tips in a new growing (Could be caused by preventive organic anti-fungus spray that was sprayed before intense sun).

bauergrows No big news this week. Stretching continues and i'm thinking of topping before they get too big.

bauergrows Havent's stretched that much as the previous weeks but they look lushy. I've defoliated the lower parts a bit to let the air flow better and because I have some basil and sage down there needing some extras sun :)

bauergrows Stretching keeps going but a bit slower. Preflowers starting to show more pistils. Did some low pruning this week, probably the last one.

bauergrows Everything comes to an end, and this outdoor grow concluded with the harvest of my two Rishi Kush plants. These seeds came as freebies with my 8 Miles High from Mandala Seeds, but I must say they impressed me even more than the 8 Miles in structure, resilience, growth, and terpenes. I had to chop them a bit earlier than I wanted because, just like the other plants I harvested last week, they started showing some bud rot (continuous rainy and cold weather is not helping much here in the north of Germany) and powdery mildew. I’m not enjoying the 8 Miles High terpenes that much; they have a sweetness that feels a bit odd. The Rishi Kush aroma, on the other hand, is pretty good. Both phenos were almost identical, with only slight differences in terpenes, one leaning a bit more toward the “chem” side. I’ll update with a proper terpene sensory analysis in the next few days.
