MindFlowers68 The seed(s) were soaked overnight with regular filtered water that was aerated. Seeds were then placed in 1 gal plastic pots. I usually start my seeds in 5 gal fabric pots but I was limited on space. Also doing more strains at one time than usual so I can have some variety of clones available for friends and family. Instead I decided to germinate my seeds in 1 gal this time and see how things went but had a harder time with a few of them. It was not until the seedlings got fee compost tea they started to take off. I was unable to get vermiculite or perlite at the store at the time of starting the seeds so I mixed some violet mix i had sitting around had some mixed in it. The mix was mostly peat and lava rock left over and worm castings with some gia green 4-4-4 and glacial rock dust. Mosquito bits were also added. Once the seeds sprouted I added some microbes and fungi powder. In the future If I have the space will stick to doing my seed starting in 3-5 gal fabric pots.

They were only watered once for the whole week. The PPFD at the canopy level was set to around 250 with my my lights at 100 percent at the top of the tent.

MindFlowers68 Not to sure what I did last week to make her unhappy but looks like an Iron deficiency. They are kind of rare as apparently " cannabis can get iron from the next county over" according to Dr. Bruce Bugbee. lol So I must have really fucked soothing up lol. I guess sometimes you need to make mistakes to learn new things.

MindFlowers68 Some of the plants showing more signs of yellowing from watering issues and ph issues. Luckily I was able to get a nice strong batch of Boogie Brew compost tea made and gave them all a nice soak and bath with it. Within two days all but one of the plants bounced back. Now that the plants are able to fend for themselves a little better was a good opportunity to try to harden them off the ones going outside to the elements outside. I did so by placing on a shaded part of my deck for a few hours. I was also able to get my tent inside ready and they were moved from the small cool grows tent to my 4x8 tent with my big lights. I adjusted the light to be around 500 PPFD at canopy.

MindFlowers68 End of last week was looking great and showing a nice healthy growth. But this week shes deffs getting tired of the 1 gallon pot and was finally able to transplant into something bigger. The only thing i could do was to swueese it into my gorilla 4x8 in 20 gallon pot i used on my galaxy grow until i can get my other 4x8 setup. Gave a little haircut tucked some leaves and topped the main stem then transplanted into reused soil from another old grow i remanded. Added some dry boogie brew base and boost along with some insect frass and the usual gai green 4-4-4 neem seed meal and rock dusts.

MindFlowers68 It was a huge relief to get my other 4x8 tent set up this week. I was able to move her over to the new tent to start training it to fill the area. I'm not going to bother trying to transplant now and just see what I can do with the 20 gallon pot. I may just have to water a little more often towards the end and feed her a little more than the other plants. Got plain water early in the week and my cal-mag/ kelp solution at the end of the week. The plant is already shown a great improvement in size since transplanting last week. Going to get some conpoat tea going this week and a top dress i think too.

MindFlowers68 The purple haze has been doing very well this week and getting bigger by the day. I really like the structure it has nice angle to the branches and the lower ones are reaching the canopy level. I still have not done any trimming or lolli pop because i still need to grab some clones but was not ready yet. I should be getting them this week. And may put up some sort of scrog new soon. She got a feeding of compost tea with a top dressing of BSF frass and neem seed meal. And cal-mag water later in the week.

MindFlowers68 East going week for her. Was able to get the other plant out of the tent and spent most the time which was not much just tucking a few shoots under the scrog net. I made compost tea and watered only once around 700ppm with the kelp and cal mag mixed in. I kind of impulse bought some new lights for this tent. But they were original 0 lights I got for 0 each the Bestva Spirit-X. Has separate dimmers for veg, bloom, ultraviolet, and far red. I have my original two lights I got for my 3x3 tents covering this cool grows 4x8 and is a little underpowered. I still managed over a pound and a half off that overdose that turned out to be a photoperiod not an under the two lights. With the new lights my setup will be a little be better to compare runs as well. And if i need to set up my 3x3 tents i can use these lights i have now to run some pheno hunt or grow some regular seeds for males, or maybe an autoflower tent. And I have my two viparspecta p1000 that i use as just swiss army knives for cloning and various tasks like helping veg my other plants in my studio.

MindFlowers68 Exciting week for my groworld tent. I upgraded from my 3x3 lights to new Bestva Spirit-x lights. I feel much better about having a matched pair of lights that are more than powerful enough for the space. I didn't know it had wifi control. They are selling them for 199 shipped which seems too good to be true their practically giving them away. A little over a year ago when i got my Bestva Bat600 lights the Spirit-x were listed at 700. I'm not sure how effective the UV and Far Red settings are or the kind of spectrum they put off. The rest of the board seems mostly populated with super bright white leds. The looks of the light is super clear and clean looking.
The plants were lolli-poped and top dressed with 1 cup GG 4-4-4, 1 cup fish bone meal, 1/3 cup each of neem seed meal, insect frass, and GG glacial rock dust. Then added the compost tea grounds on top then water in with boogie brew. The plants got one other watering just cal mag to ph it down earlier in the week. I'm only going to veg 1 more week before I flip them to 12/12 light.

MindFlowers68 Got a little hotter and drier in the tent than I was aiming for but ended up not affecting the plants too bad.Purple Haze took it very well . I did drive the lights harder to try and get one last push to fill the tents because it's last week of veg. I am also still trying to get used to these new lights so I am still testing a few things. Plant got 3 waterings. First was with added epsom salt and potassium sulphate. The second with liquid fish hydrolysate. And the last with boogie brew.

MindFlowers68 First week of 12/12. Stretching a decent amount already. I put another layer of net in because i found some a good price and I don't want to get stuck with buds flopping over. I also ordered some vivosun high cfm bars that should have already been i stalled but they got delayed. Getting some serious negative pressure i need to make more space for her to breath and stretch. I water twice this week no compost tea and topped the pots off with some more soil. I made some bio char with boogie brew and sifted worm castings and added it into a top dress soil.

MindFlowers68 Finally got the high cfm bars installed and the top net attached to it. The plants are already stretching into it nicely with good spacing and not a ton of foliage blocking bud sites. The temps are hotter than I would like but the plants actually seem to be liking it. The lights running a little brighter and running the dehumidifier in the lung room at night is helping keep the humidity an vdp in check but at expense of being a little warmer. It should start to cool down though and I will adjust the lights after stretch. Got watered twice this week once just cal mag to ph water down and second a nice batch of compost tea.

MindFlowers68 Shes looking very nice. Stacking buds close and stretching, nice air flow and light penetration. I was able to get the temps down a little but still a little hot. I will try to go for a gradual decrease in temp into harvest. The first two weeks of flower though, all the plants seemed to take liking to the warmer temps.
