kannafarmer So this first week things took a turn. Both cherry popers died in diferent stages, however all on the same environment and similar treatment. Is one of those things that started to happen to me more, the more care i tend to have lol. One of them died without even coming out of the coco and the other damped off about 4 days off the ground. This time since i germinated one at time i used the 'kannacan' for 2 days until i had about 2cm of radicular root and just put them on a coco pelet inside of a small bottle of water. When they pop out of the coco i've open the lid of the warer bottle and i'm planing to transplant them to the same coco pots where the otherones used to be.... i'm a bit afraid of malicious microorganisms that can kill them so i'll be using 3% hydrogen peroxide as a 1 part of a 3 parts solutiom with water and hipe for the best ... should work in theory, but still a valid experiment and possivle tool for my workbelt. Since i got a promo on the packs i have seeds to 'spare' and i immediately poped another when each of them died. So it could be horse regarding age diference, however mainlining gives me much libwrty to control how they are before flower making sure that they have similar structures. The garlic cookes have a weird first true leaves but that tends to happen sometimes and usually means nothing so i'm not worried. Just took the lid of the nursery and my grow box is on about 73% humidity wich is not perfect vpd for the temperature but is not bad... i'll give them a few days up probably to two weeks until i start controlling the humidity and vpd in a better range. So a few hiccups but nothing too bad.

kannafarmer So i"m being carefull so i wont kill this ladies with love lol but i think i'll have some success this time the cherry poppers (i hope). The garlic cookies are growing fine and healthy however a bit slow since i have to consider the ppfd for the little ones, however this is not that bad because will help to reduce the time diference between both varieties. I belive both of this cultivars have a longer internodal structure and i think we already can see it on the garlic cookies, however as i said can be the low ppfd. Lets see how things evolve. Already ordered the biotabs nuts for this season and i hope i'll transplant them to the big 50L airpots and start training within 2 to 3 weeks.

kannafarmer So this week there is nothing much to update. I'm glad thst the girls are alive since 2 of them died in a early stage.... for now they are good and the older ones are asking for a repot... I'll probabably do it by this weekend and put them on their final home

kannafarmer Sp this week as planned i transplanted the girls to their final home. I'm using 50L airpots, and also they are now on my 4x4 tent below a fc8000 on about 33%. Still didn't installed the blumat system so they can be estabkished on their new environment, but i'm planning to do it next weekend. This pots were reused from my last season, this means thats their first no-till. To prepare them i've removed the old stromp and added a topdress of 4 cups of wormcastings, about 2 cups of silicium flash and about 1/2 cup of a bat guano (7-8-6) that i purchased localy. I hope this can be enough food for the next month until i place the biotabs. I'm doing this because i'm going for the 16 tops per plant on mainlining scheme and it usually goes for a long veg and when the plants are a bit more hungry i've noticed that i have to correct it later on, so i'm testing this new aproach. Have a new addon for this season, a CO2 meter, since on the winter i have to have a closed system (without exausting the air to outside) to catch some heat, and i'm afraind that can sufocate the plants with low co2, so i'm seeing the values to see if supplementation is needed, and to play around a bit more.

kannafarmer Another week as passed everything seems to aclamate well to the new pots nd environment and every single one is growing healthy, so i'm pmaning start the minlining by topping somewhere this week. Also blumats where installed this past weekend so everything is going fine =)
