Has anyone else grown G14 by fast buds? How much nutrients should I give it. Let’s keep the language simple. Instead of giving me a ppm # is it a little a normal or lot of nutrients?

Yeah bro, I’ve grown Fast Buds strains not G14 specifically, but similar ones they usually don’t need super heavy feeding. Start light in early veg (25–50% of what the bottle says) Mid to late veg, you can go closer to full strength In flower, they can handle a decent amount, but still not crazy high, think “normal” not “greedy” Watch the leaf tips, if they curl or burn, back off a bit. If they stay healthy and green, you’re good. So no, not a heavy feeder. Just give her steady, moderate feed and she’ll be happy 🌱✌️

Jmaninthemidde420 Plants are looking good. Looks like the tap root is already starting to poke through the base of the peat pot. For some reason people hate that I start in peat pots but it works. Trust me I use it every time.

Jmaninthemidde420 It’s only 2 weeks old so no nutrients for a week. Im using dry amendments this time and it’s an auto so for veg I’m just using compost, oyster shells and epsom salt. In bloom I’ll use a subtle dose of roots organic bloom dry amendments.

Stupid flies. I went to grab a fly off my plant and accidentally snipped the top of the leaf off. I chose to do a clean cut with scissors to make it look better but will my plant be ok? I’m embarrassed I did this. It happened last night. It’s morning now it seems fine tho.

How are my plants looking? They are week 3 day 4 from sprout. Just did a light defoliation and pruning. I recently added compost. I’m going to add epsom salt and oyster shells next watering. By week 6 I want to give it a light dose of roots organic bloom terp tea and that’s it.

Jmaninthemidde420 Plants are looking excellent. Did a lil pruning/defoliation. Preflower pistils are popping out of all of them. Companion crops are looking healthy especially after pruning and allowing the light to penetrate the plants better

Why are the tips of my leaves pointing down a bit? What could it be? I’m not too worried as I’ve seen worse and still got good results but I wanna fine tune this.

Jmaninthemidde420 The plant in the middle seems to be ahead of the 2 on the side. However all 3 plants are in preflower. Even the faster Pheno is growing slower than other autos I’ve grown. This is a slow growing strain for an auto but that’s alright been defoliating and pruning the plant gently as needed. Also, I used joint ash from my ash tray as a potassium boost. I was careful to make sure it was just weed in there but it works I think. I’ve used it b4

Jmaninthemidde420 Ok so the middle phenotype is growing at least two weeks faster than the other two plants. It’s almost twice as tall as the shortest phenotype and the most stretched out. The phenotype on the left is the shortest and most compact. It needs pruning and defoliation like no one‘s business to prevent mold disease, etc. The Pheno on the right is in between the tallest pheno and the most compact. As far as how developed it is, it’s about as developed as the short and compact phenotype. Companion crops, which is Dutch Clover, and bunching onions are growing healthy too. I took sustainable agriculture and soil science classes in college. I’d advise people to look into the benefits of companion cropping. It adds to soil diversity ecosystem.(soil biota.) deters pests, and fixes nitrogen if it’s a legume. All plants got 1 teaspoon of roots organic terp tea

Jmaninthemidde420 These are some of the slowest growing autos I’ve had. Nothing wrong with that as they are blooming just very slowly. Will remove and dead and dying leaves as needed but I think I’m done with the pruning and defoliation for the most part. The bunching onion and clover seem to only help not hurt my plant having biodiversity in my soil. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve added epsom salt. So I think I’m gonna sprinkle some in my pots and water it in.

Jmaninthemidde420 Plants are all finally in bloom. Some slower than others. The middle one has about 4 weeks left. The plants on the left and right are a little slower but blooming. They still have time but I need the bud to fatten up a little bit so 1 more liquid feeding.

Jmaninthemidde420 Final 10 days on the center phenotype. It’s a medium yielding plant with medium sized buds. Good colors density, smell and trichome coverage. Looking forward to burning this one. Soon but not yet. Been removing dead and dying leaves as needed. The phenos on the side are taking a few weeks slower so they get one more dry feeding of Terp tea bloom. The Terp on the middle Pheno and the one on the right are sweet fruity with notes of hash and incense. The terps on the left Pheno is straight deep earth with notes of hashish and incense.

Jmaninthemidde420 The middle Pheno has about 6-9 days left. Just want those hairs to turn a lil more orange. The phenos on the left and right have about 3-4 weeks left. Almost lil ow but I’ll take it. The terps on the middle Pheno and left Pheno is sweet fruity with hints of hashish and incense. The terps on the left Pheno is straight earth and hash. Love the terps btw. Doing something called water reduction period. I gradually reduce the water I give it the last 2 weeks. What I know it does is reduce the dry time by half without sacrificing terps. I also believe it helps make it more potent and terpier plant at the end but I can’t prove that. It may reduce the yield a lil bit but I think it’s worth it as I also believe it speeds up the ripening process at the end.
