Ice Cream Haze - Dutch Passion Contest

During the grow, I will apply various techniques to optimize its growth behavior. GoodTimesOrganics After about 16 days of the growth phase, the Ice Cream Haze is showing a solid growth rate. The plant looks super healthy and is developing beautifully. Currently, I'm using organic fertilizers from Weedefix, a long-established company (Mack) that specializes in organic fertilization for agriculture in southern Germany. Since it's getting a bit colder at night, the temperatures are staying below 20 °C. As mentioned, I topped the plant today and am preparing it for LST. GoodTimesOrganics Hello dear community, I've now started training the Ice Cream Haze and from my observations, the plant is handling it very well so far. 💚 After topping and a few days of growth, I was able to "tie down" the side branches with a few ground pegs to give it more growth space for the internodal branches. This technique basically reminds me of the SCROG method, although here we are working directly on the pot. For fertilizing, I used the Greenhouse Feeding fertilizer: Biogrow at 3g per liter of substrate. Since they are 9-liter pots, that's a total of 27g. The material is simply worked into the surface and then watered with the bioenhancer at 1g per liter of watering water. The side/internodal branches show good growth, although there is a slight difference in length. She has gained quite a bit of height in the last 2 weeks and now looks overall more homogeneous. The growth is very vigorous, so the nutrient solution will be applied only after the first week of flowering. Additionally, I've trimmed the sun sails again and cut back the lower shoots to about 1/3 of the upper height, so the plant maintains its more compact growth form. GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community! 💚 After the third week of flowering, the stigmas are rapidly developing, and trichome formation is slowly picking up speed. Even with my regular version, I noticed that the icing on this strain comes in very early and develops rapidly. The flower formation is very strong, and the sweet smell is also increasing rapidly. Additionally, I've trimmed the sun sails again. From now on, no more shoots will be cut, and the plant can fully concentrate on flowering. I've now set the Sanlight to the highest level and raised it further. Next week, the plant will get a PK compost tea. A dense carpet of stigmas covers the flower sites, and it's slowly starting to get frosty everywhere. The flower structure now runs along most of the stem, creating a densely populated flower carpet. GoodTimesOrganics Hi dear community! 💚 After the fifth week of flowering, the bud growth is really progressing! A dense carpet of stigmas covers the flower sites, and a lot of beautiful trichomes are forming, giving the plant an incredibly beautiful frosty appearance. The flower structure is now stretching along most of the stem, creating a densely populated and increasingly thick flower carpet. This week, to boost the plant, I also used the Biotabs PK Booster Compost Tea, which I believe is essential for a solid organics grow. It should also be mentioned that the buds are developing very rapidly. The bud density is already 7 cm at the thickest point. Overall, the plant is very vigorous and has a very nice and straight flower structure. 😉 It is delivering a very good performance. A dense carpet of stigmas covers the flower sites, and gradually the trichomes are starting to take on a milky coloration. There are already a few amber-colored trichome heads visible. But take it easy. I will check the plant every 3 days now. I also want to make sure to get a large proportion of amber-colored trichomes to achieve a more relaxed effect. The Ice Cream Haze is quite the heavy hitter. It seems to be finishing up very quickly overall (it was the same with the regular version). It's worth mentioning that the buds are developing very rapidly. The bud density is now about 8 to 9 cm at the thickest point. Overall, the plant is very vigorous and has a very nice and straight flower structure. 😉 It delivers very good performance. A dense carpet of resinous trichomes covers the buds, and the smell strongly reminds me of my first grow of Ice Cream Haze. I've also noticed again that this strain finishes incredibly fast. The bearstone-colored trichomes have increased, and almost all the others are milky. Due to time reasons, I decided to harvest the plant at its peak. So today (11/13/2025) is harvest time. Fast, compact, and extremely aromatic, mega resinous and incredibly quick! The aroma definitely impresses again with sweet and fruity notes, rounded off by a strong caramel note. In the regular version, after curing, a stronger caramel haze note emerged, which was definitely good. However, this time I hope to catch a more fruity, sweet touch. The whole house now smells of sweet fruity cannabis 🍨🎉 The performance is unbelievably fast; since switching to 12/12, only 48 days have passed until harvest. And for the cultivated plant size, the yield seems to be in the XL range. After trimming, the scissors are super sticky and covered in a lot of resin. Top strain! Top performance. Stay Tuned💚
