  • We expect everybody to make weekly updates in their diary. With at least 3 different pictures per week (except for the first week when germinating, just 1 will do there too). At the end of the grow, near harvest time, we would love to see some beautiful pictures and preferably a video of your best-looking lady! And please remember, it’s not about the quantity of content, it’s about the quality. We pay extra attention to the diaries that have the most beautiful pictures, videos and unique cannabis content made with our feminized cultivars. 
  • There is no need to make more than 15-20 pictures in a week, it will make it even harder to judge and look at all the content, so please keep it clean and select only the best looking pictures you’ve taken to put online!
  • Growers that either don’t start growing their seeds or leave their diary unfinished will be put on a black list and not able to join any of our online competitions for at least 1 year. If this happens one than once you will be permanently blocked. Keep this in mind when signing up!
  • Participants must live in the EU or UK!

Grow big and win big again in our new European 2025 Dutch Passion growing competition!

Following last year’s success within the Growdiaries community, we are again looking for the absolute best growers on here to show us what they can do when growing our feminized photoperiod and autoflower cannabis seeds. This contest is another big strain mash-up and we will be including both outdoor and indoor varieties in here! So, if you’re a skilled grower and want to show off the biggest, frostiest, and most beautiful plants you have ever grown, then signing up to this growing contest is exactly what you need to be doing right now!

This contest will have a total prize money of 2000 euro. You can win up to 500 euro (seedvoucher) for the most beautiful diary with the best-looking content! We will give prizes to the best 3 diaries in each category (outdoor and indoor). In both categories the 3rd prize will be rewarded 200 euro, the 2nd 300 euro and the 1st will win 500 euro in seeds! (You can choose the varieties yourself in the Dutch Passion webshop).

This Dutch Passion growing contest will include the following cultivars:

For outdoor growing:

  1. Shaman
  2. Auto Candy Bubatz XL

For indoor growing:

  1. Orange Bud 2.0
  2. Ice Cream Haze
  3. Auto Mac #1
  4. Auto Banana Blaze

How to join
All levels of growers are welcome, but you need to have at least one fully completed journal during the last year (2024) and an active account in order to participate.

We will be collecting registrations from contestants from now up until the 15th of April 2025. Applicants later than 15th of April will not be accepted. We will conduct a selection process of growers as soon as the deadline has passed. We have places for about 100 topgrowers! We expect every grower to launch their diary as soon as they received their seeds. Diaries need to be finished before the end of the year (30th of November at the latest).
