Stoked to kick off my very first grow diary - and yeah, this is my maiden voyage as a grower. I’ve burned through a ton of YouTube hours and downed a ridiculous amount of articles, but there’s nothing like getting tips and tricks from seasoned growers! So let the journey begin. Any advice, comments, or “don’t do that, bro” moments: drop ‘em in the comments.
Strain: Rolling with Skunk Special Automatic from Sensi Seeds.
Setup: Got 11L fabric pots (seriously, gallons make zero sense to me), rocking a 100W LED, and feeding BioBizz goodies in some primo soil.
Training: Planning to hit ‘em with some LST and topping - gotta keep those ladies bushy and manageable in the tent, right?
Germination: Did the classic soak - 24 hours in a glass of water, then straight into the dirt. And check out the pics - after next 48 hours, the girls have popped through like champs. Love to see that early vigor!

It’s Day 5 for my little ladies, and not gonna lie - it hasn’t all been smooth sailing. Had some heat struggles and the classic seedling stretch. At least they’re not stretching out like some girls on OnlyFans! As you can see in the pics, I gave them a helping hand (and a bit of wire) to keep them upright and on track.
Had both fans cranked to keep that air moving, with the humidifier running full-time just to maintain the right climate. Lowered the lamp and started her off at 50% power to help out. After a bit of tent gymnastics, here’s the current setup:
• Humidity sitting pretty at 55%
• Temps steady around 28°C
• Lamp hanging 60cm above the girls, now blasting 100% power
Watering schedule? The girls are sipping on Root Juice every other day to keep those roots happy. Over the weekend, they got a little wild - mixed in some Cal-Mag for a bonus treat.
Now everything’s dialed in, and it’s finally time for these ladies to shine. Fingers crossed for some healthy, bushy growth ahead!

Day 11 for my girls, and honestly, they’re not looking too shabby!
Starting week 2, I upped their drink game - added Bio Heaven and Bio Grow into their menu, plus the usual dose of Cal-Mag once a week. They seem to be lapping it up!
Big news: I picked up an AC Infinity humidifier, and damn, it’s a total game changer! No more messing around with sketchy Temu humidifiers, wet towels, or constant vent adjustments to keep the humidity stable. Now the machine’s running the show and my tent finally feels dialed in.
Still debating on whether to top them… I’m starting to second-guess if topping is the move for autos, especially on a first grow. Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences - chime in if you have some wisdom!
