To kick off my journey, I started directly with germination in a glass of water, where I maintained reverse osmosis water at a pH of 6 and a constant temperature of 24 degrees Celsius. I also add Aptus RO Water Conditioner to my reverse osmosis water to achieve spring water values and optimize nutrient uptake. After just 17 hours, the first root tips appeared! They were strong and vigorous, ready to be planted in 0.7-liter pots after 27 hours. By day 3, the first little heads are peeking out of the Lightmix substrate and starting to search for sunlight.

an exciting week for my plants! I started the vegetative phase today, and so far everything looks promising. Here are the current conditions:

🌙 **Night Temperature**: 22 °C
💧 **pH Value**: 5.8
💨 **VPD**: 0.6 kPa
🌗 **Light Cycle**: 18/6
🌱 **Substrate Temperature**: 21 °C
I'm using the Secret Jardin Cosmorrov 20W propagation LED, which has been working well so far. I keep the light at a distance of about 40cm, which corresponds to 200ppfd, to ensure the plants are optimally lit without the risk of light burn.
The humidity is in the ideal range of 70%, which promotes root development. I'm careful to keep the substrate evenly moist but not too wet. So far, I've been a bit conservative with nutrients to give my plants room to grow.
I observe the plants daily and pay attention to their response. The first signs of new growth are already visible, and I'm optimistic that the plants will develop well.

Nach dem Trocknen und Curen bestätigt sich der starke Eindruck aus der Blütephase. Die Buds sind kompakt, extrem frostig und komplett mit einer dicken Schicht aus Trichomen überzogen. Auffällig sind die vielen orangefarbenen Stigmen, die sich schön vom hellgrünen, teilweise leicht violett angehauchten Blütenmaterial abheben. Optisch absolute Top-Shelf-Qualität.
Geruch:Direkt nach dem Öffnen des Glases kommt ein intensiver, süßlicher und cremiger Geruch entgegen, kombiniert mit einer klaren gasigen und leicht chemischen Note. Dazu gesellen sich subtile Candy- und fruchtige Nuancen. Sehr komplex und durchdringend.
Geschmack:Im Smoke zeigt sich die Sorte genauso besonders wie im Geruch. Beim Einatmen süß und cremig, beim Ausatmen kommen die typischen Permanent-Marker und Gas-Noten stark durch. Der Rauch ist weich und angenehm und der Geschmack bleibt lange erhalten.
Wirkung:Die Wirkung setzt schnell ein und beginnt mit einem starken, euphorischen und stimmungsaufhellenden Kopf-High. Kreativität und Fokus sind deutlich spürbar. Nach einiger Zeit entwickelt sich eine angenehme körperliche Entspannung, ohne zu stark müde zu machen. Sehr ausgewogen und vielseitig.
Potenz:Überdurchschnittlich stark und langanhaltend. Für erfahrene Konsumenten ein Genuss, für Einsteiger eher vorsichtig zu dosieren.
Fazit:Permanent Marker von Zamnesia überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Extrem harzige, optisch beeindruckende Buds, ein einzigartiges Terpenprofil und eine starke, ausgewogene Wirkung machen diese Genetik zu etwas Besonderem. Qualität, Geschmack und Wirkung sind auf Premium-Niveau.
