discopriest379 Week two of veg is done and the plants are looking good 👍😇. I’d say the Break-Up Cake are just a little bit ahead, but the difference is super minimal. I’m being really careful with watering — giving them a drink every second or third day — and I’ve started adding Power Roots and Sugar Royal👌👌👌.

discopriest379 This week there’s been a really big jump in growth and the plants are getting nice and bushy — it’s such a joy to watch. Still using the same nutes, and now I’m watering every other day since they’re clearly thirstier and need more water 😅. There’s an interesting difference between the strains too: the Break-Up Cake are wider and shorter, while the Lemon Pie are taller in structure. Super curious to see how they’ll look next week — maybe I’ll even spot the very first signs of flower. And yep, there’s already a bit of smell coming through… faint, but mmm so good 😋🌱.

discopriest379 Another week down and I’m totally stoked — the plants are doing amazing! Leaves are a nice healthy green, stems are strong and sturdy. And I was right 😜, the flowering phase just kicked off like a day or two ago. So this week’s still veg, but next week we’re officially in flower — yeehaw! 🤠🌸 Watering’s the same, every other day. For the coming week I’ll keep running Power Roots and start adding Alga Bloom. Power Buds will come in gradually, depending on how things go🌱👌.

discopriest379 First full week of flower is done, and I’m pretty happy with how things are going 😎. The plants are around 45–50 cm tall, which is fine — if they stretch up to about 60 cm, that’ll be perfect. I’m not doing any LST, so I actually want them a bit taller. One of the plants seems to have a slight Cal/Mag issue 😩 — nothing major, but I’ll give her some extra care and add a Cal/Mag supplement next week just to be safe. We’ll see how she does 🌸🌱.

The stretch has stopped at around 50 cm, which I’m totally fine with — it’s all about the strength and size of the buds, not the height 😜. The Cal/Mag issue seems to be sorted — leaves are still a bit lighter, but the plants are doing well, so I’m not gonna overthink it. Starting next week, I’m planning to add Green Sensation to help with overall bud health and development. *** And the smell… oh man 😄 I was ready for anything, but the Break-Up has this really different kind of aroma — like fresh bread crust or baked pastry mixed with a light spicy note. Super interesting and kinda addictive!🌸🌿😋

discopriest379 Big changes this week — the buds are really packing on some weight and the main cola on all three Break-Ups is just massive 😄. And we’re only in week three of flower, with at least four more to go! 🤪 The smell is absolutely wild — the whole room is filled with this rich, intoxicating aroma. I’ve honestly never had plants that smelled this good before! *** This week I started adding Green Sensation, and it’s definitely showing — the plants seem stronger and fuller already. I reduced Alga Bloom by 1 ml/L for now, but I’ll gradually raise the dose again about two weeks before chopping.

discopriest379 This week it’s super clear that the girls are entering the final stretch! The change is visible even on the leaves, so I did a decent fan leaf defoliation to open up the canopy. Buds are packing on weight fast — the main colas are getting massive 🤩 and even the side buds are gaining some serious size. The aroma is now hitting peak level and it’s wild — that unique “fresh bread + spicy sweetness” scent you get from Break-Up has now developed a floral, almost dessert-like note on top. The tent smells like a bakery inside a high-end dispensary 😂💚🌱🔥.

discopriest379 Emergency update this week – had to pull the trigger earlier than planned. Spotted early signs of bud rot on Thursday (that classic webby/misty look inside a main cola). No panic, just quick action. I removed all affected parts right away and chopped what was still clean. Everything went to dry with daily checks, and so far it looks like the saved buds are fine. At the end of the day, I’d rather harvest a bit earlier and keep something nice, than wait too long and end up with nothing. With bud rot you need to act fast and efficiently – no mercy, no waiting to “see if it gets better”. It won’t. 😅 Still have two more Break-Up Cake plants finishing, those are coming down this Wednesday/Thursday. ***** Adding a few pics of the trichomes from just before things went south. On the bright side, the last two are already on plain water only, so at least they’re in a clean finishing phase. Makes the early chop a bit easier to handle.

The aroma is rich and fruity-baked, like warm dessert straight from the oven 🍰🍇 *** Toward the end she really showed her full potential — those main colas turned out massive, maybe even a bit too much 😅🍰 Still, I’m super excited to test the flavor soon and see what all that fruity-baked aroma turns into after curing! 😋🌿
