Sorry for the prolonged posting, new week started 5-25-19
#2 only had two branches tied down and is displaying a beautiful canopy.
#3 has the three tops which are growing nicely all except one, quite a unique mutation.
My plant seems to be a bit mutated, has anyone had one with three tops like mine looks like it has coming in? Usually it’s just the two leaves off the node but this one is in a triangle shape.
It's Fastbuds genetics my friend. They've defied the law that autoflowering strain will never be able to compete will photoperiod. I think there is enough evidence to prove the contraire on here such as your PE #3, monster!!!!
I think it's fine mate. Nature's nature you know.
I topped my sour orange and it was growing 4 lovely tops! And then the fan fell on it, broke a top off. And then it looked like it was growing 3 tops but actually kinda looks like she has 4 now. 😉
Hi @CraigGrowsOK! See why we call this technique "F*** I've Missed" :-) It seems your topping surgery turned into a FIMming operation. That's nothing to worry about, on the opposite, the more apical summits the more yield in the end! Happy growing 👊
@Stick, Oh it wasn’t a FIM. It was a top. There were just three branches that came from the top instead of the usual two, I know that sounds like a FIM but I assure you it wasn’t. She’s turning into a monster, hasn’t started flowering yet and she’s becoming quite the bush!
